| dc.description.abstract | Los objetivos del presente trabajo son desarrollar un estudio de factibilidad que reconozca las posibilidades para el montaje de una tienda embotelladora de agua pura, para el consumo humano, efectuando los estudios de mercados, técnico, administrativa, análisis financiero y análisis ambiental. La metodología utilizada fue la exigida por la Universidad Industrial de Santander, para el desarrollo de trabajos de pregrado, se hace una introducción y se describen las generalidades del entorno, se establecen la oferta y demanda. Se analizan los aspectos técnicos y de ingeniería, y se adopta la estructura recomendada, se efectúa el estudio financiero para luego evaluar el proyecto desde este punto de vista y el ambiental, dando como resultado la recomendación de implementar el proyecto. Los resultados arrojados por el estudio, desde el punto de vista, financiero dan excelentes rendimientos, analizados el TIR y el VPN que lo hacen atractivo para los inversionistas. Desde lo ambiental se puede ver claramente que no riñe con parámetros mínimos de contaminación y por el contrario beneficiaria el medio ambiente con programa de capacitación y campañas ecológicas, dado que se establecen programas de capacitación y de prevención y mitigación de factores. Desde los puntos de vista de mercados, técnico, administrativo- legal y financiero el proyecto es factible y no causa fuertes impactos ambientales por lo cual los autores recomiendan su implementación. El mercado de agua embotellada es cada vez más próspero y hoy por hoy, es la industria de bebidas de mayor crecimiento a nivel mundial. El agua embotellada en algunos casos puede ser útil, como por ejemplo en algunos lugares donde el agua escasea o porque el servicio de acueducto no cumple de forma eficiente en el abastecimiento del preciado líquido. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The objectives of the present work are to develop a study of feasibility that recognizes the possibilities for the assembly of a bottling store of pure water, for the human consumption, making the studies of markets, technician, administrative, financial analysis and environmental analysis. The used methodology was the one demanded by the Industrial University of Santander, for the development of pregrado works, an introduction is made and the generalities of the environment are described, the offer and demand settle down. The technical aspects are analyzed and of engineering, and the recommended structure is adopted, the financial study is made it stops then to evaluate the project from this point of view and the environmental one, giving the recommendation as a result of implementing the project. The results hurtled by the study, from the point of view, financier gives excellent yields, analyzed the TIR and the VPN that make it attractive for the investors. From the environmental thing one can see clearly that he/she doesn't quarrel with minimum parameters of contamination and on the contrary beneficiary the environment with training program and ecological campaigns, since training programs settle down and of prevention and mitigation of factors. From the points of view of markets, technician, administrative - legal and financial the project is feasible and it doesn't cause strong environmental impacts reason why the authors they recommend its implementation. The market of bottled water is more and more prosperous and today per today, it is the industry of drinks of more growth at world level. The water bottled in some cases can be useful, I eat for example in some places where the water is scare or because the aqueduct service doesn't complete in an efficient way in the supply of the valuable liquid. | |
