dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo de grado es el resultado de la práctica jurídica desarrollada en la firma IL Abogados y Asociados, cuyo objetivo principal fue el apoyo a la gestión judicial de la firma IL Abogados y Asociados en asuntos de amparo de los derechos laborales de trabajadores salvaguardados bajo el principio constitucional de la estabilidad laboral reforzada por debilidad manifiesta. Siendo así, a través de estas líneas se pretenden mostrar las diferentes formas en que se realizó el apoyo jurídico y administrativo, la adaptación a la empresa, las actividades desplegadas y los conocimientos adquiridos. Por último, se exponen los criterios legales y jurisprudenciales materializados en una hoja de ruta estandarizada que permite brindar asesorías e impulsar procesos judiciales de manera efectiva y célere para salvaguardar los derechos laborales fundamentales de los trabajadores que acudan en busca del servicio jurídico de IL Abogados y Asociados.
dc.description.abstractenglishThis degree work is the result of the legal practice developed in the firm IL Abogados y Asociados, whose main objective was to support the judicial management of the firm IL Abogados y Asociados in matters of protection of the labor rights of workers safeguarded under the constitutional principle of labor stability reinforced by manifest weakness. Thus, through these lines it is intended to show the different ways in which the legal and administrative support was carried out, the adaptation to the company, the activities carried out and the knowledge acquired. Finally, the legal and jurisprudential criteria materialized in a standardized roadmap that allows providing advice and promoting judicial processes in an effective and speedy manner to safeguard the fundamental labor rights of workers who seek the legal service of IL Abogados and Asociados.
