dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo de grado tiene como objetivo recopilar los resultados de la práctica jurídica desarrollada en la Inspección de Protección a la Vida Turno 04, cuyo objetivo principal fue apoyar jurídicamente a la Inspección en los procesos policivos en casos de maltrato animal y tenencia responsable, en la creación del protocolo de Eutanasia de la Unidad de Bienestar Animal de Bucaramanga y del decreto que formaliza la Ruta de Atención al Maltrato Animal “Ruta de Protección Animal”. Para ejecutar los objetivos trazados, en primer lugar, se realizó un estudio del marco normativo vigente en materia de protección animal y el modelo de los cinco dominios del Bienestar Animal, para así proceder con la elaboración del protocolo de eutanasia humanitaria de la Unidad de Bienestar de Animal del municipio de Bucaramanga y del decreto. En suma, el presente trabajo recoge una descripción detallada de las actividades realizadas durante el desarrollo de la práctica socio jurídica tales como la elaboración de documentos jurídicos, el acompañamiento en la Ruta de Protección Animal, la creación tanto del protocolo de eutanasia como del proyecto del decreto de la Ruta de Atención al Maltrato Animal. Estas acciones aspiraron a impactar positivamente en la protección y bienestar de los animales en el municipio de Bucaramanga desde el ejercicio del derecho.
dc.description.abstractenglishThis undergraduate thesis aims to compile the results of the legal practice developed in Police Inspection Protection of Life Shift 04, whose main objective was to legally support the Police Inspection Protection of Life Shift 04 in the police processes in cases of animal abuse and responsible possession, in the creation of the Euthanasia protocol of the Animal Welfare Unit of Bucaramanga and of the decree that formalizes the Animal Protection Route. To execute the objectives outlined, a study of the current regulatory framework on animal protection and the model of the five domains of Animal Welfare was carried out to proceed with the elaboration of the humane euthanasia protocol of the Animal Welfare Unit of the municipality of Bucaramanga and the decree. To sum up, this paper includes a detailed description of the activities carried out during the development of the socio-legal practice, such as the elaboration of legal documents, the accompaniment in the Animal Protection Route, and the creation of both the euthanasia protocol and the decree of the Animal Protection Route. These actions were aimed at positively impacting the protection and welfare of animals in the municipality of Bucaramanga through the exercise of law.
