dc.description.abstractEste estudio identifica el impacto del comportamiento de los conductores profesionales de transporte público en la operación de sistemas de transporte urbano a través de una revisión sistemática de la literatura. Estos conductores influyen en la movilidad y calidad del servicio del sistema de transporte, y factores como la interacción con los pasajeros y condiciones laborales afectan su comportamiento. Sin embargo, hay una falta de análisis integral y especifica al respecto, por lo que se busca sintetizar la información referente que existe en la literatura. Mediante un proceso metodológico de 5 etapas (3 sistemáticas y 2 manuales) se obtuvo una muestra de 25 artículos para revisión profunda. Como resultado, se extrajeron las metodologías existentes de toma de datos del comportamiento de conductores, las variables estudiadas y los factores clave que influyen en el sistema directa e indirectamente.
dc.description.abstractenglishThis study identifies the impact of professional public transport drivers' behavior on the operation of urban transport systems through a systematic literature review. These drivers influence the mobility and service quality of the transportation system, and factors such as interaction with passengers and working conditions affect their behavior. However, there needs to be a more comprehensive and specific analysis. Therefore, it is intended to synthesize relevant information in the existing literature. Through a 5-stage methodological process (3 systematic and two manual). Finally, we obtained a sample of 25 articles for in-depth revision. As a result, we identified the existing methodologies for data collection of driver behavior, the variables studied, and the key factors that directly and indirectly influence the system.
