dc.description.abstract	La base u objetivo principal de este proyecto fue desarrollar un plan de negocios para la creación de una microempresa productora y comercializadora de cerveza artesanal de dátil, viendo una oportunidad de crecimiento en una necesidad que requiere el municipio de Soatá Boyacá, siendo su economía dependiente de la producción del dátil generando oportunidades y crecimiento en el comercio. Se empezó con un estudio de mercado, que incluyó un análisis global del sector, definiendo el concepto de negocio, y generando estrategias de promoción, venta y distribución; por último, se definió la demanda. Posteriormente, se realizó un estudio técnico operacional y organizacional, que permitió crear una ficha técnica con la descripción del producto, identificar las tecnologías necesarias para el proceso, elegir los equipos de acuerdo al requerimiento calculado en la capacidad instalada, además diseñar el proceso y la planta, terminando con la localización de la misma. En seguida se hizo un análisis organizacional donde se presentó un análisis de la matriz DOFA, la estructura organizacional de la empresa, aspectos legales y de constitución. Para finalizar, se llevó a cabo el estudio financiero para determinar la viabilidad del proyecto a partir de un análisis de flujo de caja tomando como soporte el formato del fondo emprender; encontrando valores positivos con un VAN de COP$1.698.326, una TIR del 18,97% y un PRI de 3 años y 6 meses, siendo indicadores atractivos.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The basis or main objective of this project was to develop a business plan for the creation of a microenterprise for the production and commercialization of artisanal date beer, seeing an opportunity for growth in a need that the municipality of Soatá Boyacá requires, its economy is dependent on date production, generating opportunities and growth in trade. We started with a market study, which included a global analysis of the sector, defining the business concept, and generating promotion, sales and distribution strategies; finally, we defined the demand. Subsequently, a technical, operational and organizational study was carried out, which allowed the creation of a technical sheet with the product description, the identification of the technologies necessary for the process, the selection of the equipment according to the requirement calculated in the installed capacity, as well as the design of the process and the plant, ending with its location. Next, an organizational analysis was made, which included an analysis of the SWOT matrix, the organizational structure of the company, legal aspects and the company's incorporation. Finally, a financial study was carried out to determine the feasibility of the project based on a cash flow analysis using the entrepreneurial fund format as support, finding positive values with an NPV of COP$1,698,326, an IRR of 18.97% and an IRR of 3 years and 6 months, which are attractive indicators.
