| dc.description.abstract | El trabajo de grado comprende como objeto el diseño, documentación e implementación de un Sistema de Gestión Integrado HSEQ basado en las normas ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001: 2004 y OSHAS 18001:2007, para el servicio de Cavitación Hidrodinámica de la empresa ERVS S.A.S. Actualmente la compañía ERVS S.A.S tiene convenio con la Universidad Industrial de Santander, quien realiza operaciones de investigación y desarrollo en un prototipo de pruebas para la reducción de viscosidad en crudos pesados mediante cavitación hidrodinámica. Este equipo y demás procesos ligados, poseen gran cantidad de riesgos para los trabajadores, posibles impactos hacia el medio ambiente entre otros factores. Como resultado final de este proyecto se diseñó, complementó e implementó el Sistema Integrado de Gestión HSEQ, en conformidad con las normas legales. Este proyecto se desarrolló en una metodología basada en cuatro etapas, Análisis y planificación en la cual se elaboró un diagnóstico inicial con el fin de evaluar el sistema y su debido desempeño de acuerdo a las normas mencionadas anteriormente, permitiendo así identificar las falencias, planeando y realizando actividades necesarias para desarrollar dicho sistema; seguidamente la etapa de Documentación en donde se crearon los documentos específicos según el diagnóstico y los requerimientos que exige las normas; luego en la etapa de Implementación se llevaron a cabo las actividades planeadas para el debido desarrollo del sistema. Por último la etapa de evaluación donde se realizó una auditoria interna y un diagnostico final, aplicando los respectivos planes de mejora al Sistema de Gestión Integral, demostrando el resultado final y total éxito en la auditoria externa realizada, consolidando así a ERVS S.A.S, como una organización reconocida en el sector que cuenta con un sistema integrado de gestión totalmente actualizado e implementado, evidenciando el compromiso con la calidad del servicio, medio ambiente y seguridad y salud de todas las personas que contribuyen a la empresa. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | This bachelor thesis objective comprises the design, documentation and implementation of an integrated management system HSEQ based on the ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001: 2004 and OSHAS 18001:2007 standards for the service of hydrodynamic cavitation of the company ERVS S.AS. At present, the company ERVS S.A.S has an agreement with Universidad Industrial de Santander, institution that undertakes research and development processes on a test prototype for viscosity reduction in heavy crude oil using hydrodynamic cavitation. The equipment and related processes involve a large amount of occupational risks and possible environmental damage among other issues. As a final result of this project, an integrated management system HSEQ was designed, complemented and implemented; in accordance with the legal normative. This project was developed following a four-stage methodology: Analysis and planning where an initial diagnosis was elaborated in order to evaluate the system and its respective performance according to the aforementioned normative, allowing the identification of flaws and the planning of the actions needed to develop the system; consecutively, a documentation stage in which specific documents were created in line with the requirements that the normative demands. Then, the implementation stage where the planned activities for the proper development of the system were carried out. Finally, the evaluation stage where an inner external audit and a final diagnosis were undertook applying the respective enhancement plans to the integrated management system, demonstrating the final result and total success in the follow-up audit carried, consolidating ERVS S.A.S. as a well-known organization in the industry, with an integrated management system totally update and implemented, demonstrating the commitment with high service standard, environment, safety and health of all the people that contribute to the company. | |
