dc.description.abstractIndustrias Alimenticias Ornelo S.A.S es una empresa dedicada a producir, comprar, vender, distribuir y comercializar productos relacionados a pastelería, panadería y repostería; pese a su actividad económica, el proceso de gestión de talento humano se presenta de apoyo en el mapa de procesos de la organización, siendo de vital importancia para el desarrollo de los procesos misionales. Por lo tanto, con este proyecto se buscó un mejoramiento en los subprocesos asociados al proceso de gestión del talento humano, para lo cual se realizó un diagnóstico del estado actual del proceso de GTH con el fin de identificar las falencias, se llevó a cabo entrevistas, encuesta, revisión de documentos existentes, caracterización del personal, diseño e implementación de un instrumento para evaluar el cumplimiento del proceso de GTH. Con base a los resultados de este diagnóstico, se formuló un plan de mejoramiento. Este plan de mejoramiento incorporó el problema identificado, causa, efecto, actividad planteada (s), período de ejecución, recursos requeridos. De estas actividades, se implementaron 9, una vez aprobadas por la dirección general. Para la medición de estas acciones, se diseñó e implementó un sistema de indicadores de gestión que permita hacer seguimiento y medición a las mejoras implementadas. Se socializó los resultados con gerencia general de la empresa. Finalmente se realizaron conclusiones y recomendaciones del presente proyecto. 1
dc.description.abstractenglishIndustrias Alimenticias Ornelo S.A.S is a company dedicated to producing, buying, selling, distributing and marketing products related to pastry, bakery and confectionery; In spite of its economic activity, the human talent management process is presented as a support in the organization's process map, being of vital importance for the development of the mission processes. Therefore, with this project an improvement in the subprocesses associated with the human talent management process was sought, for which a diagnosis was made of the current state of the GTH process with the final purpose to identify the flaws in which interviews, surveys, reviews were carried out of existing documents, staff characterization, design and implementation of an instrument to evaluate compliance with the GTH process. Based on the results of this diagnosis, an improvement plan was formulated. This improvement plan incorporated the problem identified, cause, effect, activity (s), execution period, resources required. Of these activities, 9 were implemented, once approved by the general management. To measure these actions, a system of management indicators was designed and implemented that allows monitoring and measurement of the improvements implemented. The results were socialized with the company's general management. Finally, conclusions and recommendations of this project were made. 2
