dc.description.abstractEl presente documento describe las actividades ejecutadas en la práctica empresarial, realizada en la empresa Alcaldía Municipal de Soatá Boyacá. Para la realización de dicha práctica se plantearon y cumplieron las siguientes actividades: inducción y metodología de trabajo, revisión subsanación y liquidación de Licencias, elaboración de presupuestos, revisión de planos tanto para la aprobación de licencias como para la cuantificación de obra, elaboración de APU (análisis de precios unitarios), acompañamiento a visitas programadas tanto para supervisión de obras como del programa de Gestión del Riesgo, acompañamiento en la revisión de propuestas de obra, informe de resultados mensual, actividades adicionales (descritas en el documento). Estas actividades se realizaron para generar el cumplimiento del objetivo general de la práRealizar la práctica empresarial en la Alcaldía del municipio de Soatá- Boyacá, prestando apoyo en la secretaria de dichas actividades contaron con el apoyo de tutor designado por la empresa, el cual daba indicaciones para cada uno de los procesos realizados. Durante el tiempo designado se realizaron actividades adicionales para el cumplimiento de todos los objetivos planteados se emplearon 4 meses los cuales transcurrieron desde el 20 de noviembre de 2018 al 20 de marzo del 2019, tiempo estipulado por la Universidad Industrial de Santander para la realización de trabajo de grado en la modalidad de práctica empresarial. *
dc.description.abstractenglishThis document describes the activities carried out in the business practice, carried out in the Municipal Municipality of Soatá Boyacá. In order to carry out this practice, the following activities were proposed and fulfilled: induction and work methodology, review, correction and liquidation of Licenses, preparation of budgets, review of plans for the approval of licenses and for the quantification of work, preparation of APU (analysis of unit prices), accompaniment to scheduled visits both for supervision of works and the Risk Management program, support in the revision of work proposals, monthly results report, additional activities (described in the document). These activities were carried out to generate the fulfillment of the general objective of the practice which was "Performing business practice in the Municipality of Soatá-Boyacá, providing support in the planning and public works secretary of the municipality" said activities had the tutor support designated by the company, which gave indications for each of the processes carried out. During the designated time, additional activities were carried out for the fulfillment of all the proposed objectives.
