dc.description.abstractEn la actualidad, muchas de las empresas públicas y privadas en Colombia, no logran el control de todos sus documentos, lo cual lleva a destinar tiempo en la consulta y búsqueda de estos. En el presente documento, se plantea un apoyo administrativo a Planeación UIS, que permita mejorar la gestión documental de las bases de datos relacionadas con las edificaciones ubicadas en la sede principal de la Universidad Industrial de Santander (UIS). En esta práctica empresarial primero se recibió la información, posteriormente se organizaron los documentos asignados y finalmente se analizaron los resultados obtenidos. Se realizó: un mapa mental usando el software X-Mind y una serie de matrices en Excel que permitieron conocer al detalle, documentos existentes e inexistentes para cada una de las 54 codificaciones que tiene la UIS. Mediante esta gestión documental, se logró estandarizar gran parte de la documentación presente en cada edificación del plantel educativo UIS. De esta manera, se tratará de plantear un sistema de gestión documental, mediante el software X-Mind, con la intención de lograr disminuir el tiempo de búsqueda de documentos y con esto, en un futuro y por parte de planeación UIS, seguir mejorando este sistema de datos con mucha más información, referente a las codificaciones ubicadas en el campus principal de la UIS. _______________________ *
dc.description.abstractenglishNowadays, many of the public and private companies in Colombia don't achieve control of all their documents, which leads to spending time in the search of them. In this document, an administrative support is proposed to "Planning UIS", which allows to improve the documentary management of the databases related to the buildings located in the main headquarters of the Industrial University of Santander (UIS). In this business practice, the information was first received, then the assigned documents were organized and finally the results obtained were analyzed. It was made: a mental map using the X-Mind software and a series of matrixes in Excel that allowed to know in detail, existing and non-existent documents for each of the 54 coding in the UIS. Through this document management, a large part of the documentation present in each building of the UIS educational establishment was standardized. In this way, we will try to set up a document management system, using the X-Mind software, with the intention of reducing the time spent searching for documents and with this, in the future and on the part of planning UIS, to continue improving this data system with much more information, referring to the encodings located in the main campus of the UIS. ________________________
