dc.descriptionRESUMENLas IES realizan actividades que están estrechamente ligadas con la creación y difusión del conocimiento, la gestión tecnológica del conocimiento en una IES gira en torno al desarrollo de programas y proyectos de ges­tión de conocimiento bajo la definición de sistemas propios de gestión de conocimiento, como componentes prioritarios de desarrollo y proyección social. En este artículo presentamos los resultados de trabajos de inves­tigación que se vienen realizando con universidades de Manizales desde una perspectiva analítica en torno a los componentes y la implementación de un sistema de gestión de conocimiento en una IES. Palabras Claves: Gestión Tecnológica, Capital Intelectual, Capital Tecnológico, Cultura Organizacional. ABSTRACTThe universities carries out activities that are clo­sely bound with the creation and diffusion of the knowledge, the technology management of the knowledge in a university rotates around the deve­lopment of programs and projects of a knowledge management and definition of systems characte­ristic of knowledge management, as high-priority components of development and social projection.
