dc.description.abstractPara la ingeniería es común encontrar en el sistema de gestión del área de mantenimiento indicadores de cumplimiento y disponibilidad que superan el 90%, pero al indagar un poco más profundo con respecto al qué hacemos con el tiempo, es habitual encontrar que aproximadamente el 50% de la jornada laboral se destina para actividades que no tienen que ver con mantenimiento. Las vivencias experimentales tanto administrativas como en campo, que se traducen en colocarse en los zapatos de los demás, es una buena metodología para encontrarse de frente a los obstáculos, y con ello poder evaluar continuamente actividades e identificar rutinas diarias que representan desperdicios y no agregan valor al proceso, esto permite cambiar el paradigma e innovar para aumentar la productividad desde cada una de las funciones que componen el sistema. El desarrollo inhouse de aplicaciones para la gestión de la información, que integran al personal técnico con la ingeniería es posible hoy día, y para cada iniciativa propuesta desde el plan de mejoras enfocadas se ha realizado un desarrollo particular, dando como resultado una solución específica para cada problema identificado, lo que ha permitido aumentar el número de órdenes de trabajo realizadas en el mismo tiempo disponible, y disminuir la gestión documental diaria que realiza el personal administrativo.
dc.description.abstractenglishFor engineering, it is common to find compliance and availability indicators in the maintenance area management system that exceed 90%, but when digging a little deeper regarding what we do over time, it is common to find that approximately 50% of the working day is used for activities that do not have to do with maintenance. Experimental experiences, both administrative and in the field, which translate into putting yourself in the shoes of others, is a good methodology for facing obstacles, and thus being able to continually evaluate activities and identify daily routines that represent waste and do not add value to the process, this allows changing the paradigm and innovating to increase productivity from each of the functions that make up the system. The in-house development of information management applications that integrate technical personnel with engineering is possible today, and for each initiative proposed from the focused improvement plan, a particular development has been carried out, resulting in a specific solution for each problem identified, which has made it possible to increase the number of work orders carried out in the same time available, and to reduce the daily document management carried out by the administrative staff.
