dc.description.abstractLa trata de personas es un fenómeno creciente de alcance mundial que va en contra de los derechos humanos. El abordaje de este problema es un campo emergente para el Trabajo Social, una profesión comprometida con el cambio social, la justicia, el empoderamiento y la liberación de las personas. La presente revisión buscó conocer los aportes del Trabajo Social en la lucha contra la trata de personas, documentadas en la literatura comprendida entre los años 2010 a 2020. El estudio fue orientado por el método PRISMA y el marco de análisis SALSA (búsqueda, evaluación, análisis y síntesis). Se incluyó un total de 25 artículos de revistas de Trabajo Social y de otras disciplinas en las que Trabajadores Sociales han publicado. Los resultados arrojaron que el Trabajo Social viene aportando y puede aportar en la lucha contra el delito a través de sus diferentes métodos (individual, grupal, comunidad), modelos como el crítico- radical, ecológico, diseño y desarrollo, etnoteatro y creación colectiva teatral y en distintos ámbitos de actuación, como la protección, identificación y asistencia a víctimas, la prevención, investigación y educación. Se identifican limitaciones respecto a la poca producción literaria e investigativa sobre el tema en el habla hispana y especialmente en Latinoamérica.
dc.description.abstractenglishHuman trafficking is a growing worldwide phenomenon that goes against human rights. Addressing this problem is an emerging field for Social Work, a discipline-profession committed to social change, justice, empowerment, and liberation of people. The present review sought to know the contributions of Social Work in the fight against human trafficking, documented in the literature between 2010 and 2020. The study was guided by the PRISMA method and the SALSA (search, evaluation, analysis, and synthesis) analysis framework. A total of 25 articles from Social Work journals and other disciplines in which social workers have published were included. The results showed that Social Work has been contributing and can contribute to the fight against crime, through its varied methods (case, group, community), models such as the critical-radical, ecological, design and development, ethno-theater and collective theatrical creation, and in different fields of action, such as protection, identification, and assistance to victims, prevention, research, and education. Limitations are identified concerning the scarce literary and research products on the subject in Spanish-speaking countries and especially in Latin America.
