dc.description.abstractLa minería en Colombia ha sido catalogada como una actividad clave para la reactivación económica del país en el marco de la pandemia de COVID19; este sector tiene importantes retos en cuanto a la regulación de la extracción ilícita de minerales, y la tecnificación de la pequeña y mediana minería, por lo cual es preciso optimizar procesos para garantizar en mayor medida el cumplimiento de las normativas nacionales. Este trabajo tiene como objetivo aportar al conocimiento geológico general del área, de la solicitud de legalización ODT16361 ubicada en la vereda Galanes del municipio de Rionegro, en el departamento de Santander, por lo tanto, la información obtenida se usará para la elaboración del plan de trabajos y obras, el cual será presentada a la Agencia Nacional de Minería en el marco del proceso de formalización de las actividades mineras adelantadas en la zona. Finalmente, por medio del trabajo de campo, procesamiento de imágenes satelitales y consulta bibliográfica, se concluye que en el área se encuentran rocas ígneas pertenecientes al batolito de Rionegro donde predomina la granodiorita de dicho batolito, la cual presenta evidencias de superposición de alteraciones hidrotermales y una concentración de oro en algunos sectores que puede llegar hasta a 70gr/ton demostrando que es un área de interés económico.
dc.description.abstractenglishMining activities in Colombia has been classified as a key activity for the economic reactivation of the country in the framework of the COVID19 pandemic; This sector faces important challenges in terms of the regulation of the illegal extraction of minerals, and the modernization of small and mediumsized mining, for which it is necessary to optimize processes to further guarantee compliance with national regulations. In that order of ideas, this work aims to contribute to the general geological knowledge of the area, of the request for legalization ODT16361 located in the village of Galanes of the municipality of Rionegro, in the department of Santander, therefore, the information obtained It will be used to prepare the works and works plan, which will be presented to the National Mining Agency within the framework of the process of formalizing the mining activities carried out in the area. Finally, through field work, satellite image processing and bibliographic consultation, it is concluded that igneous rocks that belong to the Rionegro batholith are found in the area where granodiorite predominates, which presents evidence of superposition of hydrothermal alterations and a concentration of gold in some sectors that can reach up to 70gr / ton, showing that it is an area of economic interest.
