| dc.description.abstract | Se realizstudio con el fin de determinar la variacilgunas propiedades fsico-qumicas y fsico-mecicas de los copolmeros caucho-estireno, al adicionarle PVC post-consumo. El estudio se dividicuatro etapas experimentales, las cuales se iniciaron con la dispersicaucho en estireno; seguido con la determinacilas condiciones de operaci(relaciones caucho-acelerante, caucho-catalizador y temperatura) a las cuales se llevara a cabo la sntesis de los copolmeros; posteriormente se llevo a cabo la sntesis de los copolmeros caucho-estireno y a condiciones iguales se llevo a cabo la obtencilos copolmeros utilizando como aditivo PVC post-consumo. Luego se evaluaron las propiedades fsico-mecicas y fsico-qumicas de los copolmeros sintetizados y a determinar el efecto de la adiciPVC sobre dichas propiedades. En trminos generales se pudo establecer que el PVC post-consumo actúa como plastificante, lubricante y retardante de llama, disminuyendo la temperatura de reblandecimiento, disminuyendo el consumo de energa y facilitando el flujo del material fundido. | dc.description.abstractenglish | A research it was carried out in order to determine the variation of somephysical-chemical and physical-mechanical properties of a copolymer rubberstyrene, when adding PVC post-consumption. Four experimental stages were carried out. The first stage was the rubberdispersion in styrene; A second stage was to determine the optimal operationconditions (temperature and the rubber(accelerate) to rubber(catalyst) ratio)for the copolymers synthesis; A third stage consisted in to synthesize, at thesame conditions, both the rubber-styrene copolymer and the PVC postconsumption copolymer. The final stage was the evaluation of the physicalmechanical and physical-chemical properties of the synthesized copolymerand to determine the effect of the addition of PVC on these properties. It was stablished that the PVC post-consumption can act as a plasticizer,lubricant and flame retardant. Besides, it can disminishing the temperatureprofiles and the energy requirements, and the flow conditions of the meltedcopolymers.
