dc.description.abstractA través de la presente práctica jurídico social, se busca contribuir al fortalecimiento de las capacidades de respuesta de los distintos actores sociales que se encuentran en el departamento de Santander cuya razón de ser se centra principalmente en la defensa de los Derechos Humanos y el territorio, ante las distintas amenazas, situaciones de riesgo e incidentes de seguridad que puedan presentarse dentro de su área de acción, teniendo en cuenta los distintos actores armados, incidentes de seguridad registrados y diversos factores que permitan calcular las vulnerabilidades, riesgos y amenazas ante las que se encuentran los distintos actores sociales en Santander, esto mediante los distintos programas y contenidos propios de la Escuela de Exigibilidad de Derechos Humanos de Líderes Sociales y Ambientales.
dc.description.abstractenglishThrough this social legal practice, it is sought to contribute to the strengthening of the response capacities of the different social actors that are in the department of Santander whose reason for being is mainly focused on the defense of Human Rights and the territory, in the face of different threats, risk situations and security incidents that may arise within its area of action, taking into account the different armed actors, registered security incidents and various factors that allow calculating the vulnerabilities, risks and threats that have to affront the different social actors in Santander meet, this through the different programs and contents of the School of Human Rights Enforcement of Social and Environmental Leaders.
