dc.description.abstract	Este documento evidencia el trabajo realizado durante 6 meses de práctica empresarial como auxiliar de ingeniería civil en la Gerencia de Desarrollo de Negocios del amb S.A. E.S.P. El enfoque principal se orientó a la recolección, organización y gestión de productos técnicos, alfanuméricos y cartográficos para la estructuración del proyecto «Construcción de unidades sanitarias con saneamiento básico para vivienda rural dispersa en los municipios de Charta, Matanza y Suratá, en el Departamento de Santander», desarrollado para ayudar a la disminución de brechas socioeconómicas en estos municipios. En esta etapa, se recolectó documentación técnica de los 133 predios seleccionados, se apoyó en la realización de presupuestos, planos y actas de socialización realizadas con la comunidad. Como resultado, se presentó la documentación a las entidades encargadas del análisis en las etapas de prefactibilidad y factibilidad, logrando la aprobación del proyecto. Por otro lado, se apoyó en el modelamiento de la interconexión del sistema de alcantarillado del complejo médico HIC–CIE al subsistema de transporte de aguas residuales, con el fin de ayudar a la comprensión gráfica del comportamiento y capacidad de la red; esta modelación se realizó a través del software EPA SWMM, teniendo en cuenta variables de diseño proporcionadas por el equipo de trabajo. Se lograron modelar 72,33 metros lineales de tubería y se determinó la capacidad hidráulica del sistema, información utilizada para analizar la eficiencia bajo diferentes escenarios de caudal y demanda futura. Como aporte al conocimiento, se generó una herramienta en Excel para realizar el análisis de resultados de las pruebas de infiltración, además de los formatos de acta de socialización. Estos productos contribuyeron al mejoramiento de los procesos dentro de la estructuración de nuevos proyectos en el área.
dc.description.abstractenglish	This document evidences the work done during 6 months of business practice as a civil engineering assistant in the Business Development Management of amb S.A. E.S.P. The main focus was oriented to the collection, organization and management of technical, alphanumeric and cartographic products for the structuring of the project “Construction of sanitary units with basic sanitation for dispersed rural housing in the municipalities of Charta, Matanza and Suratá, in the Department of Santander”, developed to help reduce socioeconomic gaps in these municipalities. During this stage, technical documentation was collected from the 133 selected properties, and support was provided in the preparation of budgets, plans and socialization minutes with the community. As a result, the documentation was presented to the entities in charge of the analysis in the pre-feasibility and feasibility stages, and the project was approved. On addition, support was provided in the modeling of the interconnection of the sewerage system of the HIC-CIE medical complex to the wastewater transport subsystem, in order to help in the graphic understanding of the behavior and capacity of the network; this modeling was carried out through the EPA SWMM software, taking into account design variables provided by the work team. A total of 72.33 linear meters of pipe were modeled and the hydraulic capacity of the system was determined, information used to analyze efficiency under different flow and future demand scenarios. As a contribution to knowledge, an Excel tool was generated to analyze the results of the infiltration tests, in addition to the socialization report formats. These products contributed to the improvement of processes within the structuring of new projects in the area.
