| dc.description.abstract | “Psicopompo”, es una propuesta artística conformada por tres (3) piezas: siete (7) bastidores, un ventilador y un video. Las tres piezas dialogan entre sí y nos relatan la comunicación que he sostenido con mis hermanos después de su muerte. Los bastidores están elaborados en acero con velos blancos suspendidos de la parte superior por argollas; estarán ubicados en el piso, en primer plano y, junto a ellos, estará el ventilador dotado de temporizador y detector de movimiento, lo que hará agitar los velos cuando el espectador se acerque a la obra. En el fondo y sobre la pared, estarán dos pantallas donde se reproducirán videos que narran en la técnica del flashback o la analepsis, los diferentes episodios oníricos en los cuales he tenido contacto con mis hermanos. El proyecto surge de la inquietud y del interrogante de si existe la comunicación con los muertos. El diálogo onírico y vivencial con los muertos, desde la perspectiva del pensamiento mítico de Mircea Eliade y desde la noción de Inconsciente colectivo y sincronicidad, en Carl Gustav Jung, permite admitir su posibilidad como parte de la realidad inconsciente y ahistórica cuya aceptación enriquece y diversifica la relación del ser humano consigo mismo y aporta nuevos sentidos de vida. A su vez, se revisa la recurrencia del fenómeno de diálogo y rescate de los contenidos del inconsciente presente en el romanticismo, el simbolismo y las vanguardias artísticas del siglo XX. La obra de arte se alimenta de los mitos y, al mismo tiempo, extiende un enlace esencial hacia ellos. Esto genera que el arte desarrolle la comunicación con una realidad impersonal y arquetípica en la que el artista accede como chamán. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | "Psicopompo", is an artistic proposal, consisting of three (3) pieces: seven (7) frames, a fan and a video. The three pieces talk to each other and tell us the communication I have had with my brothers after his death, the frames are made of steel with white veils suspended from the top by rings, they will be located on the floor in the foreground, next to they will be the fan with timer and motion detector, which will shake the veils as the viewer approaches the work, in the background and on the wall there will be two screens where the videos will be reproduced, which narrate in the technique of flashback or analepsis, the different episodes in which I had meetings with my brothers. The project arises from the concern and the question of Is there communication with the dead? The oneiric and experiential dialogue with the dead, from the perspective of the mythical thought of Mircea Eliade and from the notion of collective Unconscious and synchronicity, in Carl Gustav Jung, allows admitting its possibility as part of the unconscious and ahistorical reality whose acceptance enriches and diversifies the relationship of the human being with himself and brings new ways of life. In turn, we review the recurrence of the phenomenon of dialogue and rescue of the contents of the unconscious present in the romanticism, symbolism and artistic avant-garde of the twentieth century. | |
