dc.description.abstractenglish | This research presents the Problem of Programming with Resource Constrained Project (RCPSP), which consists in ordering and sequencing a set of activities that are subject to resource restrictions and precedence between each of these, with the objective of minimizing the project execution time (Makespan). This problem belongs to those of type NP Hard, since increasing the number of activities to be processed and being limited by the availability of resources increases computational complexity, for this reason it is necessary to be developed through the implementation of approximation methods (Metaheuristics) that, while not giving the optimal solution, a better solution can be reached in terms of reasonable computational time. To solve this type of problem, a Genetic Hybrid Algorithm was designed, in which the main algorithm is the Genetic Algorithm where the initial population is generated randomly, the selection criteria applied were the selection by tournament, then the operator The crossover was for one point, as a mutation operator the Simulated Annealing Algorithm was implemented, which modifies the sequencing of activities respecting the restriction of precedence and resources. An experimental design was carried out with the objective of determining how the factors influence the Makespan response variable, finally the proposed algorithm with 10 instances of each size (J30, J60, J90 and J120) found in the PSPLIB library was validated, obtaining good solutions for smaller instances, although for larger solutions the library solution was also reached, although to a lesser extent compared to lower instances. *
