| dc.description.abstract | Este trabajo está encaminado a crear un centro para padres interesados en el óptimo desarrollo de sus hijos; por lo cual se hizo una investigación exploratoria descriptiva en la que se refleja el interés de ellos sobre este servicio, mostrando desde el punto de vista de mercados la aceptación del mismo, ya que no existen entidades de carácter privado que proporcionen este servicio. Actualmente la oferta está dada por las EPS de la ciudad quienes no cumplen con esta labor por falta de presupuesto presentando la oportunidad de la creación de un establecimiento para dicho fin; para lo cual se propone la estructura técnica requerida, la organización administrativa y el análisis financiero que muestra un VPN y una TIR positivas. Dentro de su razón de ser hace un gran aporte social ya que mantiene la integración familiar, puesto que trabaja su núcleo desde el ser más ínfimo concebido por la unión de dos personas. Se deja entrever desde el punto de vista investigativo, financiero, social y ambiental su viabilidad. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | This work is guided to create a center for parents interested in the good development of its children; reason why a descriptive exploratory investigation was made in the one that is reflected the interest of them about this service, showing from the point of view of markets the acceptance of the same one, since entities of private character that provide this service don't exist. At the moment the offer is given by the EPS of the city who don't fulfill this work for budget lack presenting the opportunity of the creation of an establishment for this end; for that which intends the required technical structure, the administrative organization and the financial analysis that it shows a VPN and a positive TIR. Inside their reason of being ago since a great social contribution maintains the family integration, since their nucleus works from the tiniest being conceived by the union of two people. It is allowed to see from the investigative, financial, social and environmental point of view their viability. | |
