dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo tiene como objetivo realizar la propuesta para la creación de una oficina de proyectos o (PMO) por su siglas en inglés, alineada a al Project Management Institute (PMI) para la empresa Obras Civiles Consultorías e Interventorías (OCICONSEI SAS) en el logro de acciones de gestión que conlleven a la utilización adecuada de sus recursos en los proyectos que en el momento se estén ejecutando con una metodología uniforme y métricas claras que permitan medir el desempeño y la gestión, así mismo permitan el seguimiento y parametrización de los procesos, de tal forma que esto conlleve a alcanzar los objetivos misionales de la organización. Para ello se da inicio con la realización de un diagnóstico organizacional de madurez mediante la metodología OMP3® para la aplicación de dicha metodología, se elaboró un instrumento tipo encuesta que se realizó al interior de la organización, basándose en las áreas del conocimiento establecidas por el PMI, de tal forma que se estableciera claramente el grado de madurez de los procesos dentro y que permitió identificar el grado de cumplimiento de cada una de áreas de conocimiento definidas por el Project Manegement Institute (PMI), igualmente se definieron los servicios de la oficina y hasta que grado de cumplimiento se pretende alcanzar de acuerdo a las fases establecidas para la posterior implementación de Dirección de proyectos actual objeto de mejora. El resultado obtenido dejo en claro que se hace necesario fortalecer la Oficina de Dirección de Proyectos actual con una metodología reconocida. Al final se presenta una propuesta de implementación de una PMO de gerencia ajustada a las características del área de Gestión de Proyectos de la empresa y alineada a los fundamentos para la dirección de proyectos - guía del PMBOK en su sexta edición.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe present work aims to make the proposal for the creation of a project office or (PMO) for its acronym in English, aligned to the Project Management Institute (PMI) for the company Obras Civiles Consultorías e Interventorías (OCICONSEI SAS) in the achievement of management actions that lead to the proper use of its resources in projects that are currently being executed with a uniform methodology and clear metrics that allow performance and management to be measured, as well as monitoring and parameterization of processes , in such a way that this leads to achieving the mission objectives of the organization. For this, an organizational diagnosis of maturity begins with the OMP3® methodology, for the application of said methodology, a survey-type instrument was developed that was carried out within the organization, based on the areas of knowledge established by the PMI, in such a way that the degree of maturity of the processes within was clearly established and that made it possible to identify the degree of compliance of each one of the knowledge areas defined by the Project Management Institute (PMI), the office services were also defined and up to what degree of compliance is intended to be achieved according to the phases established for the subsequent implementation of current project management object of improvement. The result obtained made it clear that it is necessary to strengthen the current Project Management Office with a recognized methodology. At the end, a proposal for the implementation of a management PMO is presented, adjusted to the characteristics of the Project Management area of the company and aligned with the fundamentals for project management - PMBOK guide in its sixth edition.
