dc.description.abstractTodo proyecto de ingeniería o de obra civil en el sector de infraestructura se puede ver afectado durante cualquier etapa por un alza o elevación de costos respecto a lo planeado, cuyas causas o motivos son llamados factores de sobrecosto, por lo que la identificación, organización y posible solución a estos factores toman gran importancia. Durante la elaboración del proyecto se estudian y analizan dichos factores, mediante una metodología de revisión sistemática durante el periodo de 1985 a 2017 alrededor del mundo, específicamente para el sector vial, durante la etapa de diseño y planificación, con el objetivo de identificarlos, clasificarlos en diferentes categorías y posteriormente solucionarlos con propuestas BIM. Se obtuvo de 35 reconocidas revistas 76 artículos como evidencia, los cuales son tabulados y ordenados mostrando autores, revista, año de publicación, región, principales factores de sobrecosto, principales categorías de clasificación, metodología, entre otros, de los cuales se obtienen 129 factores de sobrecosto ya comprobados por diferentes autores, métodos, encuestas y estadísticas, para la final proposición de trece categorías, definidas y excluyentes, para la clasificación de la totalidad de factores de sobrecosto obtenidos en la literatura, donde posteriormente para cada una de estas categorías se asignó una serie de funciones BIM que mitiguen, solucionen o aporten positivamente a reducir o eliminar los impactos en costos debido a los factores clasificados en cada categoría. *
dc.description.abstractenglishEvery engineering project or civil works in the infrastructure sector can be affected during any stage by a rise in costs compared to the planned, which causes or reasons are called cost overruns, so the identification, organization and possible solution to these factors take great importance. During the elaboration of the project, these factors are studied and analyzed through a systematic review methodology during 1985 to 2017 worldwide, specifically for the road sector during the design and planning stage, with the aim of identifying them, classifying them in different categories and then solving them with BIM proposals. We obtained from 76 recognized journals 76 articles as evidence, which are tabulated and arranged that show authors, journals, year of publication, region, main factors of overrun, main categories of classification, methodology, among others, where 129 factors are obtained of cost overruns already verified by different authors, methods, surveys and statistics, for the final proposition of thirteen categories, defined and excluding, for the classification of most of the overload factors in the literature, and for each of the categories assigned a series BIM functions that mitigate, solve or positively contribute to reduce or eliminate the impacts on costs due to the factors classified in each category. *
