dc.description.abstractEl propósito del presente proyecto de grado es constituir el departamento de mantenimiento en el cuerpo de bomberos voluntarios del municipio de San Vicente de Chucurí e implementar un plan de mantenimiento preventivo para los equipos utilizados en cada una de las operaciones y labores encaminadas a mantener la seguridad e integridad de la comunidad. La ejecución del plan se lleva a cabo mediante un sistema de información, el cual es una herramienta informática que administra y controla cada una de las actividades de mantenimiento que se realizan en las máquinas. El desarrollo de este libro inicia con el reconocimiento de la empresa y la recopilación de toda información referente a la forma como se realiza el mantenimiento en cada máquina. Luego se presenta toda la documentación técnica consultada y utilizada tanto para el desarrollo del plan de mantenimiento como para la implementación del sistema de información de mantenimiento. Luego se conforma el departamento de mantenimiento mediante la estructura organizacional propuesta, en la cual se establecen cargos y se asignan funciones y responsabilidades. Después se realiza la caracterización de los equipos utilizados por la empresa, a los cuales se les hace un análisis para identificar el nivel de criticidad de los mismos. Posteriormente se conforman los planes de mantenimiento de los equipos más críticos y se elabora la documentación requerida para la gestión de todas las actividades de mantenimiento propuestas. Finalmente se selecciona el sistema de información de mantenimiento y se equipa con toda la información recopilada y elaborada en las primeras etapas del proyecto. Una vez ingresados todos los datos requeridos por el programa, se obtienen todos los datos de salida empleados para la gestión del mantenimiento.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe purpose of this grade project is to set up the maintenance department in the volunteer fire enterprise of the municipality of San Vicente de Chucurí and to implement a preventive maintenance plan for the equipment used in each of the operations and work aimed at maintaining the safety and integrity of the community. The implementation of the plan is carried out by means of information, which is a computer tool that manages and controls each of the maintenance activities are carried out on the machines. The development of this book begins with the recognition of the company and the collection of all information regarding the way maintenance is performed on each machine. Then all the technical documentation consulted and used for both the development of the maintenance plan and the implementation of the maintenance information system is presented. The maintenance department is then formed using the proposed organizational structure, in which positions are established and roles and responsibilities assigned. The equipment used by the company is then characterized, which are analyzed to identify the level of criticality of the same. Subsequently, the maintenance plans of the most critical equipment are formed and the documentation required for the management of all the proposed maintenance activities is prepared. Finally, the maintenance information system is selected and equipped with all the information collected and elaborated in the early stages of the project. Once all the data required by the program has been entered, all the output data used for maintenance management is obtained.
