dc.description.abstractEste proyecto busca diseñar un plan de mejoramiento a la granja el Hangar, que hace parte de los escenarios de aprendizaje de la Universidad Industrial de Santander, en la cual se hace la asignación de recursos financieros para realizar el mantenimiento y la adecuación de las diferentes unidades productivas presentes en la Granja el Hangar, ubicada en el municipio de Piedecuesta, Santander con el objetivo de maximizar todo el potencial presente en el mismo, ya que por razones varias después de la pandemia del Covid – 19, esta se ha visto deteriorada ya que no se siguió utilizando como medio de desarrollo en temas de prácticas con los estudiantes y no se le hacen de manera oportuna los mantenimientos ni el manejo adecuado a los cultivos ni mucho menos se está aprovechando lo que puede producir aun en ausencia de los respectivos manejos que se debieran tener, es importante realizar dicha inversión ya que se estaría fortaleciendo el aprendizaje de los estudiantes de las carreras agroindustriales de la UIS, también se economizaría en gastos de transporte y viáticos de tutores y estudiantes a desarrollar actividades practicas aprovechando este espacio con el que se cuenta y que a la vez sirva como motivación de los estudiantes para tener un modelo a seguir, un ejemplo para otras instituciones y por qué no hacer generar recursos para la misma universidad y para el sostenimiento de la granja
dc.description.abstractenglishThis project seeks to design an improvement plan for the Hangar farm, which is part of the learning scenarios of the Industrial University of Santander, in which the allocation of financial resources is made to carry out the maintenance and adaptation of the different units. productive facilities present in the Granja el Hangar, located in the municipality of Piedecuesta, Santander with the objective of maximizing all the potential present in it, since for various reasons after the Covid - 19 pandemic, it has been deteriorated since it was not followed using as a means of development in practical issues with students and maintenance and proper management of crops are not done in a timely manner, much less taking advantage of what can be produced even in the absence of the respective management that should be had, it is important to carry out This investment would be strengthening the learning of students in the agro-industrial careers of the UIS. It would also save on transportation costs and travel expenses for tutors and students to develop practical activities taking advantage of this space that is available and that at the same time serve as motivation for students to have a model to follow, an example for other institutions and why not generate resources for the university itself and for the maintenance of the farm.
