dc.description.abstractLas ADRS colombianas como oportunidad de inversión a futuro es un tema que a lo largo del tiempo ha sido investigado con poca relevancia por parte de las empresas colombianas, debido a que la información ofrecida en el medio es muy poca o nula, sin embargo, al investigar acerca del tema se puede evidenciar que cuando una empresa invierte en NYSE recibe múltiples beneficios, sin dejar a un lado el riesgo económico que conlleva. Es por esto que la presente investigación tiene como propósito crear una revisión narrativa desde el análisis técnico y fundamental junto con análisis de rentabilidad y riesgo de las cuatro empresas con mayor volumen de negociación en el periodo 2015-2021, llegando así a la conclusión tanto técnica como fundamentalmente que la empresa que mejor se desenvuelve como ADR que cotiza en NYSE es la empresa de Tecnoglass. Por ultimo se dejan algunas recomendaciones para estudios a futuro.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe Colombian ADRS as a future investment opportunity has been a topic that has been little investigated by Colombian companies, due to short or no information offered in the means, however, investigating about this subject it can be seen that when a company invests in NYSE receives multiple benefits, without leaving aside the economic risk that it entails. For this reason, the purpose of this research is to create a narrative review from the technical and fundamental analysis together with the profitability and risk analysis of the four companies with the highest trading volume in the 2015-2021 period, thus reaching the technical conclusion. Fundamentally, the company that performs best as an ADR listed on the NYSE is Tecnoglass. Finally, some recommendations for future studies are left.
