dc.description.abstractEl presente documento contiene la descripción de la planificación, documentación e implementación del sistema de gestión en seguridad y salud ocupacional bajo los lineamientos de la norma NTC-OHSAS 18001:2007 en Provinas. En su inicio se muestra una descripción particular de la empresa, seguida del diagnóstico inicial, que tiene como objetivo exponer el porcentaje de cumplimiento referente a la norma en mención, de acuerdo a los resultados obtenidos se elabora el panorama de factores de riesgos usando como metodología la GTC 45, teniendo en cuenta los riesgos que afectan a los trabajadores y visitantes y la normatividad legal aplicable a la empresa, se define la política y los objetivos de SySO con sus respectivos programas, procedimientos, instructivos y guías para el mantenimiento del sistema y se establecen e implementan los controles necesarios para atenuar o minimizar los riesgos hallados. Por último se desarrollan dos auditorías internas para verificar el desempeño y el cumplimiento de los objetivos establecidos. Con la implementación del Sistema de Gestión en Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional Provinas mejoró el desempeño en cuanto al sistema viéndose ahora como una empresa comprometida por el bienestar de sus trabajadores y cumpliendo ahora con la legislación nacional, contribuyendo al desarrollo de la calidad de vida de sus colaboradores, involucrando la seguridad y el bienestar en la ejecución de los procesos que se lleven a cabo en sus instalaciones.
dc.description.abstractenglishThis document contains the description of planning, documentation and implementation of the occupational safety and health system in the company Provinas Ltda according to the norm NTC-OHSAS 18001:2007. At the beginning, it shows a particular description of the company followed by the diagnosis, which porpoise is to expose the level of fulfillment related to the norm in question. With the results it makes the picture of risk factors, using the GTC 45, taking in to account the risk of workers and visitors, and the legal standards applicable to the company, it defined the occupational safety and health system™s politic and objectives and each programs, procedures, instructions and guidelines for system maintenance as well as the risks identified are either eliminated or lowered. Finally develop two internal audits, to verify performance and compliance of the objectives established. With the implementation of the occupational safety and health system, the company improved its performance about the system in terms of seeing now as a company committed to the welfare of their workers and now meeting the national legislation, contributing to the quality development of its workers, involving the safety and welfare in the of the processes that take place in their facilities.
