dc.description.abstractLa inclusión del Nuevo Sistema de Gestión Integral y el desarrollo del Proyecto de Repotenciación en el cual se encuentra inmersa la Cervecería de Bucaramanga, hizo necesaria la actualización del Sistema de Gestión NTC Œ OHSAS 18001 con miras al sostenimiento de la misma; para ello se pudo verificar el cumplimiento de los requisitos, y asegurar procedimiento lógicos y ordenados que permitan el funcionamiento del sistema en busca del mejoramiento continuo y optimizar las condiciones de trabajo en pro de la seguridad en los puestos de trabajo. La implementación de la Plantilla de trabajo simplifica la identificación de los Riesgos no Tolerables dentro del sistema, además al contener una matriz para ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 y HACCP permite conocer los peligros y riesgos de una etapa de un proceso de segundo nivel para cada uno de los anteriores sistemas, lo cual logra la integración de los mismos. El diligenciamiento de la matriz de NCT- OHSAS 18001 de la nombrada Plantilla de trabajo fue parte de el alcance de la presente práctica. Se pudo constatar el cumplimiento de los objetivos de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional planteados para el presente año en cuanto a capacitación, accidentalidad e indicadores de gestión y resultados y se realizó su respectivo seguimiento. Se fortificaron el uso de las tarjetas de reportes de incidentes como fuente para la identificación de condiciones y actos sub estándar. También es de destacar el mejoramiento en la preparación y respuesta ante emergencias mediante las practicas realizadas con el personal en simulacros de evacuación, simulando diferentes situaciones de emergencias y evaluando el grado de respuesta que se puede otorgar en la planta con el apoyo de las entidades externas, lo cual llevo a ver la necesidad de incluir un nuevo punto de encuentro. La realización de las rutas de inspección de condiciones y equipos de emergencia, nos proporcionaron la información necesaria para brindarle a los trabajadores l condiciones seguras en sus puestos de trabajo.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe inclusion of the New System of Integral Management and the development of the Project of Repotenciación in which is immersed the Brewery of Bucaramanga, it made the update necessary of the System of Management NTC - OHSAS 18001 with sights to the support of the same one; for it procedure could be verified the fulfillment of the requirements, and be assured logical and ordered that they allow the operation of the system in search of the continuous improvement and to optimize the conditions of work for the security in the jobs.
