dc.description.abstractDebido a la importancia que tiene el suministro de Gas Natural es nuestra sociedad se construye Gasoductos para realizar el transporte de este fluido de un punto a otro. En la construcción de los Gasoductos intervienen varias especialidades, por nombrar algunas: la parte civil, mecánica, eléctrica, instrumentación y control, entre otras. Con este manual se pretender dar a conocer las principales actividades mecánicas y civiles que se realizan en la construcción de Gasoductos enterrados en Colombia, suministrando para cada una de estas los principales criterios establecidos en normas, códigos, reglamentos, procedimientos y especificaciones técnicas que direccionan la ejecución de estas obras en materia de calidad, brindando a la vez seguridad para quien ejecuta y posteriormente para quienes operen las líneas. Tener presente los parámetros de aceptación para cada una de las actividades civiles y mecánicas seleccionadas brindará al constructor herramientas para prevenir acciones correctivas, eliminando reprocesos que finalmente se traducirán en tiempo y en sobrecostos afectando el desarrollo óptimo del proyecto de construcción de un Gasoducto. Por otro lado, se suministrada un Plan de inspección y ensayos (PIE) que permitirán al lector, determinar que pruebas y con qué frecuencia se deben ejecutar, para controlar y asegurar las actividades civiles y mecánicas seleccionadas.
dc.description.abstractenglishDue to the importance of the supply of Natural Gas Pipelines in our society, pipelines are built for the transport of fluid from one point to another. Construction of the pipelines involved several specialties, to name a few: the civil part, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and control, among others. This manual is trying to present the main mechanical and civil activities performed in the construction of pipelines buried in Colombia, providing for each of these major criteria in standards, codes, regulations, procedures and technical specifications that address the execution of these works in terms of quality while providing security for those who run and then, to operate the lines. Keep in mind the acceptance parameters for each selected civil and mechanical activities builder tools will provide corrective actions to prevent, eliminate rework that eventually will result in time and cost overruns affecting the optimal development of the project to build a pipeline. On the other hand, it provided an inspection and test plan (IPP) to allow the reader to determine which tests and how often they should be executed, to monitor and ensure civil and mechanical activities selected.
