dc.description.abstractLa producción y comercialización de Aperitivos se ha venido incrementando a nivel nacional e internacional, por lo que se pretende con el presente proyecto crear una empresa productora de aperitivo de mango biche, que contribuya al desarrollo agro industrial y socio económico de la región. El objetivo primordial de este proyecto es realizar los estudios pertinentes y necesarios que permitan determinar la viabilidad comercial del negocio en el municipio de la Esperanza Norte de Santander, por lo cual se llevará a cabo una investigación con enfoque mixto, tanto cuantitativo como cualitativo y de tipo experimental y descriptiva, utilizando un método inductivo en la recolección de información primaria acerca del segmento de mercado, sus características, necesidades, expectativas e información relevante para determinación de factores como precios y estrategias de mercado, además de realizar las evaluaciones particulares de temas financieros y operacionales requeridos. Para el desarrollo de los objetivos planteados, la encuesta es el instrumento de recolección de datos primarios para identificar los factores influyentes como las preferencias del mercado objetivo en cuanto a precios y expectativas del negocio, entre otros, e igualmente se realiza una revisión documental para el análisis de la competencia y las oportunidades y amenazas del sector. Esta encuesta esta aplicada a un tamaño de muestra de 149 personas procedentes de los municipios de la Esperanza, San Alberto y San Martín, Cesar. Adicionalmente, se realiza el estudio técnico, administrativo y financiero que permita finalmente definir la rentabilidad del negocio y la conveniencia de la puesta en marcha del proyecto. dc.description.abstractenglishThe production and commercialization of appetizers has been increasing nationally and internationally, so this project aims to create a company that produces and commercializes mango appetizers, which contributes to the agroindustrial and socioeconomic development of the region. The main objective of this project is to carry out the pertinent and necessary studies to determine the commercial viability of the business in the municipality of La Esperanza Norte de Santander, for which a mixed approach research will be carried out, both quantitative and qualitative, experimental and descriptive, using an inductive method in the collection of primary information about the market segment, its characteristics, needs, expectations and relevant information to identify factors such as prices and market strategies, in addition to carrying out the particular evaluations of financial and operational issues required. For the development of the proposed objectives, the survey is the primary data collection instrument to identify influential factors such as the preferences of the target market in terms of prices and business expectations, among others, and a documentary review is also performed for the analysis of the competition and the opportunities and threats of the sector. This survey is applied to a sample size of 149 people from the municipalities of La Esperanza, San Alberto and San Martín, Cesar. Additionally, a technical, administrative and financial study was conducted to finally define the profitability of the business and the convenience of starting up the project.
