dc.description.abstractEste trabajo de grado tiene como objetivo el acompañamiento a la dependencia del Fondo Prestacional de la Secretaría De Educación De Bucaramanga en los procedimientos relativos al Régimen Especial Docente, contribuyendo a la eficiencia y aumento de la capacidad de la administración en la gestión de trámites concernientes al reconocimiento de prestaciones sociales de docentes oficiales, teniendo en cuanta que se trata del sub proceso de la Entidad el cual está encargado de recibir y dar trámite a las solicitudes de las prestaciones sociales y económicas de los docentes afiliados al Fondo Nacional De Prestaciones Del Magisterio En razón de lo anterior, el presente se enfoca en la aplicación de los conocimientos adquiridos en el pregrado en relación a trámites laboral y administrativos a la vez que se busca la adquisición de nuevos conocimientos relacionados con los diversos trámites prestacionales radicados por el personal docente y directivo docente que goza de un régimen pensional especial, el cual ocasiona que el trámite de reconocimiento esté sujeto a la verificación de la fecha de vinculación al servicio docente para dar aplicación a los requisitos que varían dependiendo de la misma y los cuales se deben cumplir para ser acreedores las diversas prestaciones.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe objective of this degree work is to accompany the dependency of the Fondo Prestacional of the Secretaría De Educación De Bucaramanga in the procedures related to the Special Teaching Regime, contributing to the efficiency and increase of the administration's capacity in the management of procedures concerning the recognition of social benefits of official teachers, taking into account that it is the sub-process of the Entity which is in charge of receiving and processing the requests for social and economic benefits of teachers affiliated with the National Teacher Benefits Fund. Due to the foregoing, this focus is on the application of the knowledge acquired in the undergraduate in relation to labor and administrative procedures at the same time as seeking the acquisition of new knowledge related to the various benefit procedures filed by the teaching staff and teaching manager who enjoys a special pension regime, which causes the recognition process to be subject to verification of the date of joining the teaching service to apply the requirements that vary depending on it and which must be met to be eligible for various benefits.
