dc.description.abstractLa educación ciudadana es fundamental para formar individuos capaces de enfrentar y transformar los desafíos de su entorno. En el contexto colombiano, esto adquiere relevancia, ya que es esencial enseñar competencias ciudadanas que permitan construir una sociedad justa y resiliente. Esta investigación pone en discusión que el maestro, en su búsqueda por mejorar su práctica y contribuir a formar ciudadanos debe emplear e integrar estrategias innovadoras como Paidópolis: El país y la ciudad de los niños. Por tanto, el proyecto busca determinar los aportes del programa radial Paidópolis para fortalecer competencias ciudadanas, particularmente multiperspectivismo y pensamiento sistémico, de los estudiantes de cuarto grado de una institución educativa pública. La investigación emplea un enfoque cualitativo, emplea el método de la investigación acción y se desarrolla por medio de cuatro fases: la primera es identificación del problema, donde se caracteriza el problema y se emplea el instrumento diagnostico para determinar los niveles de desarrollo; la segunda es el diseño de la unidad didáctica; la tercera, la implementación de los programas radiales mediante la unidad didáctica; por último, la cuarta fase análisis y comparación de los resultados antes y después de la implementación. Se concluye que el aprovechamiento pedagógico de Paidópolis contribuyó positiva y significativamente a fortalecer las competencias, pensamiento sistémico y multiperspectivismo porque es una estrategia innovadora que motiva a los estudiantes, presenta situaciones problema reales, genera momentos de reflexión y contribuye a la formación integral.
dc.description.abstractenglishCitizenship education is fundamental to form individuals capable of facing and transforming the challenges of their environment. In the Colombian context, this becomes relevant, since it is essential to teach citizenship competencies that allow building a just and resilient society. This research puts into discussion that teachers, in their quest to improve their practice and contribute to form citizens, should employ and integrate innovative strategies such as Paidópolis: The country and the city of children. Therefore, the project seeks to determine the contributions of the radio program Paidópolis to strengthen citizenship competencies, particularly multiperspectivism and systemic thinking, of fourth grade students of a public educational institution. The research uses a qualitative approach, employs the action research method and is developed through four phases: the first is the identification of the problem, where the problem is characterized and the diagnostic instrument is used to determine the levels of development; the second is the design of the didactic unit; the third is the implementation of the radio programs through the didactic unit; finally, the fourth phase is the analysis and comparison of the results before and after the implementation. It is concluded that the pedagogical use of Paidópolis contributed positively and significantly to strengthening competencies, systemic thinking and multiperspectivism because it is an innovative strategy that motivates students, presents real problem situations, generates moments of reflection and contributes to integral formation.
