dc.description.abstractEl desarrollo del presente proyecto surge a partir de la practica social realizada en la casa refugio de la corporación Hypatia con mujeres víctimas de violencia basada en genero atendidas desde los años 2017 a 2019, su principal objetivo se enmarca en fortalecer el proceso de intervención brindado por dicha casa de acogida mediante un proceso diagnóstico que permite la recopilación de datos e información clasificada bajo distintas variables que posibilitan identificar las necesidades claves a fortalecer en ellas. Una vez recopilada la información, se identifica que las principales necesidades se centran en la economía, informalidad de empleo, reinserción en la violencia, entre otros; para esto, surge el planteamiento y ejecución de una propuesta de intervención basada en el desarrollo de talleres enfocados en el fortalecimiento de habilidades sociales que aportan al empoderamiento de cada una de ellas, los talleres de desarrollan de manera virtual por condiciones de ubicación y tiempo y se obtiene de cada uno de ellos productos que permiten evidenciar un adecuado desempeño en el proceso. Finalmente, a raíz de la ejecución del proyecto de intervención se entrega una evaluación de los espacios, unas conclusiones y algunas recomendaciones a tener en cuenta en de la casa de acogida de la corporación Hypatia con el fin de mejorar algunos procesos.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe development of this project arises from the social practice carried out in the shelter home of the Hypatia corporation with women victims of gender-based violence served from the years 2017 to 2019, its main objective is framed in strengthening the intervention process provided by said shelter home through a diagnostic process that allows the collection of data and information classified under different variables that make it possible to identify the key needs to be strengthened in them. Once the information is collected, it is identified that the main needs focus on the economy, informal employment, reintegration into violence, among others; For this, the approach and execution of an intervention proposal arises based on the development of workshops focused on strengthening social skills that contribute to the empowerment of each of them, the workshops are developed virtually due to location and time conditions and Products are obtained from each of them that demonstrate adequate performance in the process. Finally, as a result of the execution of the intervention project, an evaluation of the spaces, some conclusions and some recommendations to be taken into account in the Hypatia corporation's shelter home are delivered in order to improve some processes.
