dc.description.abstractEn atención a las medidas tomadas por la Universidad Industrial de Santander y en general, por todas las instituciones educativas del país en el marco de la emergencia sanitaria decretada como consecuencia de la progresiva expansión de la pandemia del virus SARS- COVID 19, el proceso de aprendizaje tuvo que repensarse, de tal manera que se evitara el menor impacto posible en la formación de los estudiantes. En ese sentido, los profesores empezaron a echar mano de todas las herramientas que tenían a la mano con el fin de que la difusión y el aprendizaje de los conceptos de las correspondientes asignaturas fuera el óptimo. Así, las herramientas de las tecnologías de la información y las comunicaciones fueron las grandes aliadas de los educadores en esa nueva normalidad. Pues bien, pese a que progresivamente se empieza a retornar a la presencialidad dentro de las aulas de clase, la emergencia que hemos atravesado ha dejado como algo positivo el uso de las herramientas tecnológicas para fortalecer y estimular el autoaprendizaje por parte de los estudiantes. Entonces, en este informe se muestra cómo se dio ese aprovechamiento e implementación de ayudas virtuales en el caso concreto del área de Procesal Civil II.
dc.description.abstractenglishIn response to the measures taken by the Industrial University of Santander and in general, by all the educational institutions of the country within the framework of the health emergency decreed as a result of the progressive expansion of the SARS-COVID 19 virus pandemic, the learning process had to be rethought, in such a way that the least possible impact on the training of students was avoided. In this sense, the teachers began to use all the tools they had at hand so that the dissemination and learning of the concepts of the corresponding subjects was optimal. Thus, the tools of information and communication technologies were the great allies of educators in this new normal. Well, despite the fact that we are gradually beginning to return to face-to-face attendance within the classroom, the emergency we have gone through has left as a positive thing the use of technological tools to strengthen and stimulate self-learning by students. So, this report shows how this use and implementation of virtual aids took place in the specific case of the Civil Procedure II area.
