dc.description.abstractLa presente pasantía de investigación tiene como objetivo general conocer el desarrollo del abordaje del fenómeno de los daños ocasionados por el conflicto armado en Colombia y su relación con la reparación colectiva, a partir de un estado del arte, que busca aportar al desarrollo del proyecto Reconstrucción de la memoria histórica de la Asociación Campesina del Valle del río de Cimitarra ACVC desde un enfoque de género, el cual fue desarrollado en el marco del Grupo de investigación G-PAD. En la primera parte se presenta el abordaje desde el referente conceptual y normativo como base fundamental para la investigación. Es importante mencionar, que la metodología que se utilizó es de carácter cualitativo de tipo documental, resaltando como instrumentos de recolección de información la ficha bibliográfica y la base de datos. Por otra parte, en el apartado de los resultados se plantean las perspectivas desde lo legal, psicológico y sociológico enfatizando desde cada una de las disciplinas, cómo los diferentes autores han abordado el fenómeno de los daños y su relación con la reparación colectiva en el marco del conflicto armado colombiano. Para concluir, se muestran las tendencias en los hallazgos de cada área de estudio enfatizando desde la misma su abordaje. *
dc.description.abstractenglishThis research internship has as a general objective to know the development of the approach to the phenomenon of the damages caused by the armed conflict in Colombia and its relationship with collective reparation, based on a state of the art, which seeks to contribute to the development of the project Reconstruction of the historical memory of the Campesino Association of the Cimitarra River Valley ACVC from a gender perspective, which was developed within the framework of the G-PAD Research Group. In the first part, the approach from the conceptual and normative reference is presented as a fundamental basis for research. It is important to mention that the methodology that was used is of a qualitative nature of a documentary nature, highlighting the bibliographic record and the database as instruments for collecting information. On the other hand, in the results section, the perspectives from the legal, psychological and sociological perspective are raised, emphasizing from each of the disciplines, how the different authors have approached the phenomenon of damages and their relationship with collective reparation within the framework of the Colombian armed conflict. To conclude, the trends in the findings of each study area are shown emphasizing from the same its approach. *
