dc.description.abstract	La idea de negocio nace de la problemática ambiental que presenta actualmente el mundo y, por tanto, el área metropolitana de Bucaramanga, en donde, una de sus causas principales es el mal manejo de sus residuos, especialmente los especiales (escombros, poda, no aprovechables), que se han convertido en una complicación para la sociedad, al no contar con un sitio de disposición final fijo. Por lo anterior, la empresa Industrias LAVCO S.A.S. junto a la Asociación de Recicladores de Floridablanca, se planteó la idea que crear un plan de negocio enfocado en el aprovechamiento de los residuos de poda, del cual, se busca estructurar un proyecto encaminado a la economía circular, además, se planeó que su alcance fuera internacional, pues, hay países que están familiarizados con el aprovechamiento de la poda en el tema de bioenergía, por el contrario, en Colombia, primero se debe generar un cambio desde el interior de las empresas para poder distribuir este tipo de producto. En el desarrollo del plan de negocio se estudiaron todas las fases necesarias, iniciando con un análisis tanto del macroentorno como del microentorno, seguido de realizó una caracterización de los residuos de poda junto al manejo que se le da actualmente. Se prosiguió a realizar un análisis del mercado, del cual, se estudiaron diferentes opciones de continentes y países, para encontrar el mercado más factible, a partir de este análisis, se realiza un plan estratégico con enfoque en las variables del marketing Mix, a continuación, se diseña un estudio técnico, donde se determina todos los aspectos operacionales y de talento humano. Se hace un análisis legal tanto para la creación de empresa como para la exportación al país seleccionado, por último, se realiza un estudio del impacto social y ambiental, y una evaluación financiera para determinar la viabilidad del proyecto.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The business idea is born from the environmental problems that the world currently presents and, therefore, the metropolitan area of Bucaramanga, where one of its main causes is the mismanagement of its waste, especially the special ones (debris, pruning, not usable), which have become a complication for society, by not having a fixed final disposal site. Due to the above, the company Industrias LAVCO S.A.S. Together with the Association of Recyclers of Floridablanca, the idea was raised to create a business plan focused on the use of pruning waste, which seeks to structure a project aimed at the circular economy, in addition, it was planned that its scope internationally, therefore, there are countries that are familiar with the use of pruning in the area of bioenergy, on the contrary, in Colombia, first a change must be generated from within the companies to be able to distribute this type of product. In the development of the business plan, all the necessary phases were studied, starting with an analysis of both the macroenvironment and the microenvironment, followed by a characterization of the pruning residues together with the management that is currently given. A market analysis was carried out, from which different options of continents and countries were studied, to find the most feasible market, based on this analysis, a strategic plan is carried out with a focus on the marketing Mix variables, below, a technical study is designed, where all operational and human talent aspects are determined. A legal analysis is made both for the creation of a company and for export to the selected country, finally, a social and environmental impact study is carried out, and a financial evaluation is carried out to determine the feasibility of the project.
