dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo de grado evidencia las experiencias adquiridas durante cuatro meses de trabajo en campo y oficina durante la ejecución de la obra “Torre Docente Hospitalaria de la Facultad UIS” ubicada en la carrera 32 # 29-31 (Av. Quebrada Seca) en el municipio de Bucaramanga, donde el objetivo y alcance de la ejecución de este proyecto es ampliar la infraestructura actual de la Facultad de Salud UIS. Las actividades se realizaron como auxiliar de ingeniero residente de obra con la División de Planta Física de la universidad. Este trabajo de grado en modalidad práctica empresarial, respaldado por la aprobación de la Escuela de Ingeniería Civil de la Universidad Industrial de Santander y enfocado en componentes arquitectónicos y redes hidráulicas, llevó acabo la supervisión y seguimiento en el desarrollo de las mismas actividades en obra de acuerdo a diseños, planos establecidos, especificaciones técnicas y control de cantidades ejecutadas con el fin de lograr el cumplimiento de los objetivos planteados. Se utilizaron herramientas como ©Trimble Connect, ©Revit, ©AutoCAD, ©Excel y otras herramientas de ©Microsoft 365 con licencia estudiantil proporcionada por la UIS, con el fin de complementar y apoyar los recorridos de obra y entregar informes semanales y demás actividades asignadas por el tutor condensando la información recolectada durante la práctica empresarial.
dc.description.abstractenglishThis degree work evidences the experiences acquired during four months of field and office work during the execution of the work “Hospital Teaching Tower of the UIS Faculty” located on Street 32#29-31 (Quebrada Seca Ave.) in the municipality of Bucaramanga, where the objective and scope of the execution of this project is to expand the current infrastructure of the UIS Faculty of Health. The activities were carried out as an assistant to the resident engineer of the site with the Physical Plant Division of the university. This degree work in business practice mode, supported by the approval of the School of Civil Engineering of the Industrial University of Santander and focused on architectural components and hydraulic networks, carried out the supervision and monitoring in the development of the same activities on site according to designs, established plans, technical specifications and control of quantities executed in order to achieve the fulfillment of the objectives set. Tools such as ©Trimble Connect, ©Revit, ©AutoCAD, ©Excel and other ©Microsoft 365 tools with student license provided by the UIS were used, in order to complement and support the site tours and deliver weekly reports and other activities assigned by the tutor, condensing the information collected during the business practice.
