dc.description.abstractLa presente investigación se basó en el diseño de una ruta agroturística cafetera en el municipio de El Socorro, con la finalidad de logar un producto turístico que potencialice y genere desarrollo en el municipio, especialmente en el sector rural cafetero y en la comunidad campesina. Para la elaboración de los capítulos y cumpliendo con los objetivos planteados se utilizó como guía la metodología realizada por el paisaje cultural cafetero, que utiliza diferentes cuestionarios donde se puedo diligenciar la información de los atractivos turísticos, las fincas cafeteras, las fábricas de café, y las cafeterías de cafés especiales encontradas en el municipio de El Socorro. Se realizaron tres capítulos, los cuales muestran el desarrollo de la investigación, en el primer capítulo se identificó el patrimonio cultural y cafetero a partir de la elaboración de un inventario turístico; en el segundo capítulo se valora el Inventario Turístico con significado patrimonial en la cultura cafetera, a través de la caracterización turística relacionada con la cultura cafetera ; y por último se realizó el diseño de la ruta de la cultura cafetera en el municipio de el socorro, donde se muestran el mapa turístico, el logo de la ruta, la señalización turística, el itinerario y el libreto.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe present investigation was based on the design of a route agroturística coffee on the municipality of The Help, with the purpose of logar a tourist product that promotes and generates development in the municipality, specially in the rural coffee sector and in the rural community. For the production of the chapters and expiring with the raised aims it was in use like he guides the methodology realized by the cultural coffee landscape, which uses different questionnaires where can be dealed the information of the tourist attractions, the coffee estates, the factories of coffee, and the cafeterias of special coffees found in the municipality of El Socorro. There were realized three chapters, which show the development of the investigation, in the first chapter there was identified the cultural and coffee heritage from the production of a tourist inventory; in the second chapter the Tourist Inventory is valued by patrimonial meaning for the coffee culture, across the tourist characterization related to the coffee culture; and finally there realized the design of the route of the coffee culture in the municipality of the help, where they show the tourist map, the logo of the route, the tourist signposting, the itinerary and the libretto.
