dc.description.abstract	La ejecución correcta de un proyecto puede generar beneficios económicos cuando se logren cumplir con la obtención de los resultados propuestos en el alcance y en el tiempo inicial estipulado y realizar un correcto seguimiento a los proyectos de construcción puede colaborar a esto. Este articulo plantea una descripción de las funciones realizadas en la etapa de ejecución del proyecto “Construcción y fortalecimiento de casa de mujeres empoderadas” realizado por la empresa de Servicios Técnicos Industriales Petroleros S.A.S, ubicada en Barrancabermeja Santander. Primero se describen las diferentes tipos de actividades de apoyo al proceso de construcción como la redacción de la bitácora diaria, reporte de los horarios laborales efectivos, inspección de ingreso de pedidos a obra, revisión de parámetros de calidad de material, control de los procesos de construcción realizados, cumplimiento de las especificaciones técnicas, cálculo de cantidades mensuales para llevar el control de lo ejecutado en el mes, todo con evidencia fotográfica a la hora de la ejecución y promoción a los procesos con la mejor calidad. Obteniendo conocimiento necesario de cómo realizar un proyecto teniendo en cuenta los diferentes factores ala hora de ejecutar como pueden ser lo administrativo a la hora de cualquier percance y tener en cuenta las diferentes normas que avalan puntos clave de un proyecto como la iso 9001 de calidad, la iso 14001 del medio ambiente y la ohsas 18001 de la seguridad y salud en el trabajo puntos importantes para hacer una óptima realización de un proyecto.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The correct execution of a project can generate economic benefits when the proposed results are achieved in the scope and in the initial stipulated time, and the correct monitoring of construction projects can contribute to this. This article presents a description of the functions performed in the execution stage of the project "Construction and strengthening of the empowered women's house" carried out by the company Servicios Técnicos Industriales Petroleros S.A.S., located in Barrancabermeja Santander. First, the different types of support activities for the construction process are described, such as the writing of the daily log, reporting of effective work schedules, inspection of orders entering the site, review of material quality parameters, control of the construction processes carried out, compliance with technical specifications, calculation of monthly quantities to keep track of what was executed in the month, all with photographic evidence at the time of execution and promotion of the processes with the best quality. Obtaining necessary knowledge of how to carry out a project taking into account the different factors at the time of execution such as the administrative at the time of any mishap and take into account the different standards that support key points of a project as the iso 9001 quality, iso 14001 of the environment and ohsas 18001 of safety and health at work important points to make an optimal implementation of a project.
