dc.description.abstractLa creación de una empresa productora y comercializadora de champiñón en el municipio deBolívar, contribuye a la diversificación de actividades agroindustriales e incrementar su rentabilidadsin alterar el medio ambiente, y a la generación de empleo de nuestra región además unaexcelente alternativa de cultivo para el fortalecimiento del desarrollo rural de nuestra región, teniendocomo mercado objetivo a los supermercados de cadena de Bogota de los estratos tres, cuatro, cincoy seis, los cuales 20 estarían dispuestos a comprar nuestro producto. Los aspectos de ingeniería más relevantes es producir Champiñones del Género Agaricus Bisporus,Hongo 100% natural ofrecido fresco en bandejas de 250 gramos, debidamente etiquetadas con lainformación de la empresa y nutricional del producto. Dentro del estudio técnico se analizo el tamaño del proyecto, el cual, la capacidad utilizada de laempresa, será procesar 30 toneladas al año, utilizando el 60% de la capacidad diseñada la cualaumentara a partir del segundo año un 15% hasta llegar al 100%, ya que se cuenta con unasinstalaciones adecuadas para llevar a cabo la producción. Se establecieron delineamientos administrativos y legales necesarios para la constitución EmpresaAsociativa de Trabajo, con siete socios los cuales aportaran un capital de $ 22.928.000 millones depesos, utilizado para el funcionamiento de la empresa. Para su ejecución se requiere una inversión de $160.112.000 millones, por lo que se hace necesariauna financiación de $137.838.000 millones de pesos solicitando así; al fondo emprender 71.274.270millones y Finagro 65.910.000 millones, mas los aportes de los socios $22.298.000 de pesos. Los índices financieros determinados por el Valor Presente Neto de $ 289.102,27 millones de pesosy una tasa de retorno del 53% E.A, con lo que se determina la viabilidad y factibilidad del proyecto.
