dc.description.abstractEl presente proyecto tiene como fin principal generar un calzado para dama, caballeros y niños, diferente, a la moda, innovador, pensando en las personas que quieren día a día lucir esta prenda de vestir que cada vez más se posiciona y se vuelve un factor indispensable en su vida diaria. Para muchos el factor decisivo es el precio, para otros el diseño, para otros la calidad y para muchos otros la moda y sus materiales, con este proyecto se quieren satisfacer en un solo producto todas esas características que son tan importantes para las personas a la hora de realizar la elección de su calzado. A través del buen uso de las redes sociales que hoy por hoy son una gran plataforma y vitrina para lanzar productos de forma fácil y novedosa y a través de la página de internet que tendrá la empresa el cliente podrá por medio de estas alternativas conocer todo acerca de la empresa, desde su historia, políticas y demás hasta las últimas tendencias, materiales, estilos y próximas colecciones mucho antes de que salgan al mercado. Con esto se quiere generar una expectativa en el cliente y darle la oportunidad de que organice sus compras y que las haga como y cuando el desee. Por medio de esta página web el cliente podrá de alguna forma personalizar su pedido, ya que podrá observar los estilos y elegir las características de diseño y materiales que quiera para su calzado. Opciones como el cambio en el color del estampado, de la tela, de la suela, opciones de suelas, de apliques, de plantillas entre otras. Con lo anterior lo que se busca es dar como prioridad la comodidad del cliente, además de cumplir con todas y cada una de las expectativas y necesidades que tiene. La idea es cambiar totalmente la connotación que tienen las personas a la hora de comprar calzado, es volver a la compra de calzado una experiencia agradable, cómoda, sencilla y por sobre todo satisfactoria para las personas.1 1
dc.description.abstractenglishThe main purpose of this project is to generate shoes for women, men and children, different, fashionable, innovative, thinking of the people who want to wear this garment every day, which is increasingly positioned and becomes a factor indispensable in his daily life. For many the most important is the price, for others the design, for others the quality and for many others the fashion and its materials, with this project they want to satisfy in a single product all those characteristics that are so important for the people to the time to make the choice of your footwear. Through the good use of social networks that today are a great platform and showcase to launch products in an easy and innovative way and through the website that the company will have the client will be able through these alternatives to know everything about the company, from its history, policies and others to the latest trends, materials, styles and upcoming collections long before they go on the market. With this we want to generate an expectation in the client and give him the opportunity to organize his purchases and make them as and when he wishes. Through this web page the client will be able to customize his order in some way, since he will be able to observe the styles and choose the design features and materials that he wants for his footwear. Options such as change in the color of the pattern, the fabric, the sole, options of soles, appliqués, templates among others. With the above, what is sought is to prioritize customer comfort, in addition to fulfilling each and every one of the expectations and needs that it has.
