dc.description.abstractLa necesidad de fortalecer el proceso de cobranza en una organización e incrementar la productividad de la recuperación de cartera mediante la identificación, optimización y automatización de los asuntos inherentes a la administración de la cobranza, son algunos de los factores críticos que las empresas enfrentan en sus procesos de negocio. El viaje hacia un esquema de gestión administrativa impecable en una empresa, requiere un cambio en las prácticas de trabajo imperantes.Inicialmente y en forma gradual el proyecto de aplicación parte de diseñar esquemas de trabajo y procesos de reingeniería que disminuyan o eliminen los factores internos y atenúen los factores externos que ocasionan demoras en los procesos, reprocesos y demás falencias que inciden finalmente en el monto de las cuentas por cobrar y en las perdidas por castigo de cartera. En síntesis el documento contribuye a caracterizar el estado de la problemática de cartera de las Instituciones Prestadoras de Servicios de Salud (IPS) realizando un análisis causal de los problemas del proceso de cobranza de la FUNDACIÓN CARDIOVASCULAR DE COLOMBIA, que permite proponer y seleccionar la estrategia más adecuada para identificar las oportunidades de mejora y realizar la restructuración del proceso, definiendo la estrategia de solución para la problemática de cartera de la FUNDACION CARDIOVASCULAR DE COLOMBIA como institución prestadora de servicios de salud (IPS). Es así como, el establecer indicadores de gestión e indicadores de resultados para el proceso de cartera que permiten evidenciar la mejora del mismo es el entregable de este proyecto de grado el cual culmina con los anexos que se implementaron en dicha institución para el control diario de las operaciones. *
dc.description.abstractenglishThe need to strengthen the collection process in an organization and increase the productivity of portfolio recovery through the identification, optimization and automation of the issues inherent to collection management, are some of the critical factors that companies face in their business processes. The journey towards an impeccable administrative management scheme in a company requires a change in the prevailing work practices. Initially and gradually the application project starts from designing work schemes and reengineering processes that reduce or eliminate the internal and external factors. mitigate the external factors that cause delays in the processes, reprocesses and other shortcomings that ultimately affect the amount of accounts receivable and losses due to portfolio punishment. In summary, the document contributes to characterize the status of the portfolio problem of the Institutions that Provide Health Services (IPS) by performing a causal analysis of the collection process problems of the CARDIOVASCULAR FOUNDATION OF COLOMBIA, which allows proposing and selecting the strategy more appropriate to identify opportunities for improvement and carry out the restructuring of the process, defining the solution strategy for the portfolio problem of the CARDIOVASCULAR FOUNDATION OF COLOMBIA as an institution providing health services (IPS). Thus, the establishment of management indicators and results indicators for the portfolio process that make it possible to demonstrate the improvement thereof is the deliverable of this degree project which culminates with the annexes that were implemented in said institution for the daily control of the operations. *
