dc.description.abstract	El presente documento titulado PRINCIPIO ACTIVO se materializa en tres pinturas de gran formato. Las tres obras surgen a partir de la experiencia estética de recorrer el Jardín temático Un mundo en un jardín “construido alrededor del edificio CENIVAM (Centro de Estudios de Plantas y Aceites Aromáticos), son percepciones personales ilustradas en un gran formato para incluir la mayor cantidad de imágenes e información coherente. El proyecto surge a partir de a partir de un interés personal por la representación de la naturaleza, el concepto de naturaleza como puerta hacia el mundo místico y la situación actual sobre la alarma ambiental de la deforestación inicialmente impulsan la realización de este proyecto. la propuesta artística no busca concientizar activamente la sociedad sino ilustrar historias de las plantas que actualmente hacen parte de un paisaje especifico como lo es el jardín botánico Un mundo en un jardín, extendiéndose a otros dos sectores de la UIS. La obra plástica elaborada con materiales acrílico sobre lienzo está fuertemente influenciada por la importancia y dramatismo que heredamos del periodo del Romanticismo. Impulsado por la reflexión sobre la actualidad y los distintos límites e imágenes entre los nuevos medios de observación científicos como el telescopio James Web o como la realidad aumentada. Inicialmente observando el paisaje urbano reconocí el contraste de la ciudad y el entorno del espacio de la UIS. Estos son los nuevos paisajes dado que es un espacio protegido y pensado como un todo, por esto está dedicado a la contemplación. Dentro de la UIS es el bosque un espacio amplio y valorado por los estudiantes, pero mi interés era resaltar la historia de los árboles, las plantas que estaban allí, por esto inicié mi ilustración con un paisaje sobre el bosque. El sector “Un mundo en un jardín” me permite utilizar la forma de las plantas exóticas para resaltar las plantas que son más comunes. Todas las plantas comparten mucho en común en su estructura molecular, son las pequeñas proteínas las que hacen la diferencia por eso no es difícil de entender muchas plantas nos parecen similares.
dc.description.abstractenglish	This document entitled ACTIVE PRINCIPLE is materialized in three large-format paintings. The three works arise from the aesthetic experience of touring the thematic garden A world in a garden "built around the CENIVAM building (Plant and Aromatic Oil Studies Center), they are personal perceptions illustrated in a large format to include the largest amount of images and coherent information. The project arises from a personal interest in the representation of nature, the concept of nature as a door to the mystical world and the current situation regarding the environmental alarm of deforestation initially drive the realization of this project. The artistic proposal does not seek to actively raise awareness in society but to illustrate stories of the plants that are currently part of a specific landscape such as the botanical garden A world in a garden, extending to two other sectors of the UIS. The plastic work made with acrylic on canvas is strongly influenced by the importance and drama that we inherited from the period of Romanticism. Driven by reflection on current events and the different limits and images between new scientific observation media such as the James Web telescope or augmented reality, I initially observed the urban landscape and recognized the contrast between the city and the surroundings of the UIS space. These are the new landscapes since it is a protected space and thought of as a whole, which is why it is dedicated to contemplation. Within the UIS, the forest is a large space valued by students, but my interest was to highlight the history of the trees, the plants that were there, which is why I started my illustration with a landscape of the forest. The “A world in a garden” sector allows me to use the shape of exotic plants to highlight the plants that are more common. All plants share a lot in common in their molecular structure, it is the small proteins that make the difference, which is why it is not difficult to understand why many plants seem similar to us.
