dc.description.abstractEsta práctica jurídica social tuvo como fundamento el asesoramiento y acompañamiento jurídico a los trabajadores adscritos al Centro de Atención Laboral de Bucaramanga CAL, teniendo como base los conocimiento adquiridos durante la carrera de Derecho de la Universidad Industrial de Santander, con el fin de aportar soluciones jurídicas a las problemáticas en materia de derecho laboral presentadas por los usuarios, los cuales se encuentran comprendidos por trabajadores individuales y organizaciones sindicales, dicho asesoramiento y acompañamiento siempre se llevó acabo teniendo como principio la defensa de los derechos laborales de los trabajadores. Como parte del acompañamiento se participó de espacios formativos cuya temática central se encontraba siempre relacionada con el derecho laboral, dichos espacios fueron dirigidos por el Centro de Atención Laboral de Bucaramanga, y consistieron en foros, talleres, y un diplomado los cuales contaron con la participación de trabajadores de distintas partes del país. Finalmente y producto de la experiencia en el CAL, del estudio de las fuentes legales, doctrinales y jurisprudenciales, se realizó una sistematización de la información obtenida, se identificó el problema jurídico y se procedió a realizar un breve estudio acerca del proceso de negociación colectiva definiendo sus pasos; demás se realizó un ensayo acerca de la tercerización laboral ilegal, se realizó un aporte a la posible solución del problema para finalmente pasar a dar unas recomendaciones.
