dc.description.abstractEl proyecto desarrolla la factibilidad para la creación de una empresa productora de barras energéticas en el municipio de San Alberto, Cesar, caracterizada por las estrategias y los sabores personalizados en las ideas proyectadas y requeridas, distribuyéndose en sí, a un corto plazo a los municipios aledaños, siendo una fuente de éxito como desarrollo e innovación. Este proyecto desarrolla los estudios necesarios que requiere la creación de una empresa productora de casas para perros, determinando la factibilidad y realizando investigaciones de mercado, analizando las necesidades y cuantificando la capacidad que se requiere y los aspectos que son diferenciadores para el producto a desarrollar frente al mercado y la competencia objetiva. Se determina también en el estudio de mercados, la demanda, la oferta y las variables de mercado. En el estudio técnico se define el tamaño del proyecto. En el estudio administrativo se lleva a cabo el diseño de la organización de la empresa. En el estudio financiero se cuantifican las inversiones necesarias y se calculan los ingresos y los egresos. En la evaluación del proyecto se identifica el impacto social, ambiental y la evaluación económica para llevar a cabo la realización y validación del proyecto. Es un proyecto factible ya que, la oportunidad de participar en el mercado es estratégica, por sus variables, su precio, la comercialización, publicidad y promociones de la región, brindando oportunidades de trabajo, experiencias y jornadas consecutivas de innovación en un mercado nuevo y capacitado para la ejecución del mismo.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe project develops the feasibility for the creation of a company that produces energy bars in the municipality of San Alberto, Cesar, characterized by personalized strategies and flavors in the projected and required ideas, distributing itself, in a short term to the municipalities. Surrounding areas, being a source of success such as development and innovation. This project develops the necessary studies required to create a company that produces houses for dogs, determining the feasibility and carrying out market research, analyzing the needs and quantifying the capacity that is required and the aspects that are differentiating for the product to be developed versus to the market and objective competition. It is also determined in the study of markets, demand, supply and market variables. The size of the project is defined in the technical study. In the administrative study, the design of the organization of the company is carried out. In the financial study, the necessary investments are quantified and the income and expenses are calculated. In the evaluation of the project, the social and environmental impact and the economic evaluation are identified to carry out the realization and validation of the project. It is a feasible project since the opportunity to participate in the market is strategic, due to its variables, its price, marketing, advertising and promotions in the region, providing job opportunities, experiences and consecutive days of innovation in a new market and trained to carry it out .
