dc.description.abstractEste proyecto se realizó con el objetivo de apoyar con los requerimientos de los proyectos de infraestructura del ministerio de interior fonsecon durante el periodo de práctica social en la secretaría de planeación e infraestructura del municipio de Chíquiza, ubicada en el departamento de Boyacá, en un periodo de tiempo el cual inicio el 25 de junio y que finalizo el 25 de octubre de 2024. Allí se trabajó juntamente con los profesionales que hacen parte de la oficina de secretaría de planeación e infraestructura con la formulación de proyectos, revisión de presupuestos, cronograma de actividades, control y seguimiento de requerimientos y la elaboración de documentos. Con el desarrollo de la práctica social se apoyó a la secretaría de infraestructura municipal con los requerimientos para los proyectos de infraestructura de convivencia y paz y estación de policía, velando por el correcto cumplimiento del objeto contratado y el conducto regular enmarcado en la normatividad vigente para la aceptación y financiamiento de estos proyectos, creando habilidades y destrezas en la obtención de los documentos necesarios para obtener la radicación del ministerio del interior, trabajando conjuntamente con otras entidades administrativas con la finalidad de cubrir las necesidades a la comunidad del municipio y el desarrollo de este, dándole más tiempo al personal de la secretaría de infraestructura para concentrar su esfuerzo en nuevos proyectos que debían ser ejecutados antes de terminar el periodo gubernamental.
dc.description.abstractenglishThis project was carried out with the aim of supporting the requirements of the infrastructure projects of the Ministry of the Interior Fonsecon during the period of social practice in the planning and infrastructure secretariat of the municipality of Chíquiza, located in the department of Boyacá, in a period which began on June 25 and ended on October 25, 2024. There, we collaborated with the professionals who are part of the planning and infrastructure secretariat office with the formulation of projects, budget review, schedule of activities, control and monitoring of requirements and the preparation of documents. With the development of the social practice, the municipal infrastructure secretariat was supported with the requirements for the coexistence and peace infrastructure projects and the police station, ensuring the correct fulfillment of the contracted object and the regular channel framed in the current regulations for the acceptance and financing of these projects, creating skills and abilities in obtaining the necessary documents to obtain the registration of the Ministry of the Interior, working together with other administrative entities in order to cover the needs of the community of the municipality and its development, giving more time to the staff of the infrastructure secretariat to concentrate their efforts on new projects that had to be executed before the end of the government term.
