dc.description.abstractEl sector del calzado en Santander tiene una tradición de muchos años que ha ido creciendo con el tiempo, mejorando la economía de la región y aumentando la demanda de éste producto. Esto ha llevado a que muchas de las pequeñas y medianas empresas que se han creado, tengan dificultades a la hora de llevar sus cuentas, debido a que han adoptado modelos tradicionales económicos no digitales. Lo anterior ha causado un mal manejo de inventarios, también dificultades a la hora de calcular el sueldo a sus empleados, llevar un control del flujo de sus ventas y de la existencia del calzado disponible en las bodegas, al igual que la información de contacto tanto de sus proveedores, como de sus clientes. Con el fin de solucionar esta problemática se desarrolló un aplicativo móvil a la medida, de fácil manejo, enfocado en la automatización y digitalización de los registros diarios de ingresos de tareas, gastos, ventas e inventarios, así como el registro de los proveedores y de clientes, permitiendo llevar registros más ordenados que pueden ser visualizados de manera fácil y rápida, logrando así que al final del día se puedan calcular las ganancias y las salidas de dinero que tuvo la empresa, minimizando las pérdidas monetarias y del inventario, además brindan la posibilidad de calcular el pago para cada empleado según sus ventas y las ganancias de estas.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe footwear sector in Santander has a tradition of many years that has been growing over time, improving the region's economy and increasing the demand for this product. This has led many of the small and medium-sized companies that have been created to have difficulties in keeping their accounts, due to the fact that they have adopted traditional non-digital economic models. The foregoing has caused poor inventory management, as well as difficulties in calculating the salary of its employees, keeping track of the flow of its sales and the existence of footwear available in the warehouses, as well as the contact information for both of its suppliers, as well as of its clients. In order to solve this problem, a custom mobile application was developed, easy to use, focused on the automation and digitization of daily records of income from tasks, expenses, sales and inventories, as well as the registration of suppliers and customers, allowing more orderly records that can be viewed easily and quickly, thus achieving that at the end of the day the profits and money outflows of the company can be calculated, minimizing monetary and inventory losses, they also provide the possibility of calculating the payment for each employee according to their sales and profits from these.
