| dc.description.abstract | Las fuentes históricas son la base fundamental para la construcción de la historia en general. Siendo entre ellas muy importante la fuente oral, por ser una fuente de aportes objetivos y subjetivos, muy ricos para la historia contemporánea. La modalidad escogida fue la de servicio social que a través de los talleres de capacitación a gestores culturales, instituciones, estudiantes y casas de la cultura, donde pude hacer más concientes a los participantes en el rescate de la memoria oral, preservándola. Se comenzó con una convocatoria en general a las comunidades interesadas: Gestores culturales, estudiantes e instituciones de cultura, que después de inscritos participaron en los talleres teórico y prácticos. En lo teórico hago una descripción de las fuentes históricas, de su importancia y relevancia de la fuente oral frente a las otras fuentes históricas. En el capítulo II aparece el proceso de gestión cultural, y como fue, el desarrollo de la capacitación de los talleres. A través del capítulo III se llevaron a cabo la entrevista y el trabajo de campo, donde como resultado de las siete entrevistas realizadas de cultura política, se logró el mayor aporte, porque se da comienzo al rescate de nuestra historia local y cuyo tema es clientelismo político del año 80 al 2000. En el capitulo IV hice un diagnóstico de la problemática social y sus soluciones, donde lo teórico y lo práctico lograron motivar a los participantes a impulsar la gestión cultural, a través de institutos de cultura al rescate de la memoria oral. Esa motivación es para que después de un proceso de capacitación se elaboren los archivos de fuente oral, como el realizado por nosotros en está capacitación de las fuentes históricas, en las diversas temáticas para investigar. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The historical sources are the fundamental base for the construction of the history in general. Being among them very important the oral source, to be a source of contributions objectives and subjective, very rich for the contemporary history. The chosen modality was that of social service that through the training shops to cultural agents, institutions, students and houses of the culture, where I could make more concientes to the participants in the rescue of the oral memory, preserving it. I began with convocation in general to the interested communities: cultural Agents, students and culture institutions that participated in the theoretical and practical shops after having inscribed. In the theoretical thing I make a description of the historical sources, of their importance and relevance of the oral source in front of the other historical sources. In the capìtulo II the process of cultural administration appears, and I eat fuè, the development of the training of the shops. Through the chapter III were carried out the interview and the field work, where as a result of the seven carried out interviews of political culture, the biggest contribution was achieved, because one gives beginning to the rescue of our local history and whose topic is political clientelismo of the year 80 at the 200. In the I surrender IV I made a diagnosis of the social problem and their solutions, where the theoretical thing and the practical thing were able to motivate the participants to impel the cultural administration, through culture institutes to the rescue of the oral memory. That motivation is so that after a training process the files of oral source are elaborated, as the realized one for us in training of the historical sources is, in the diverse ones thematic to investigate. | |
