dc.description.abstractEl presente proyecto tiene como fin formular la alineación estratégica del subproceso SST de la UIS de acuerdo al Proyecto Institucional y Plan de Desarrollo Institucional, al igual que a las necesidades actuales tanto normativas como de la comunidad trabajadora de la Universidad producto de la emergencia sanitaria por Covid-19 en la región. El proyecto se inició con el análisis del entorno externo para identificar oportunidades y amenazas, y un análisis interno detectando debilidades y fortalezas, con base en esto, se elaboraron las matrices POAM y PCI y se consolidaron en la matriz DOFA. Posteriormente se inició la alineación estratégica revisándose el PD y el PDI, y como desde el subproceso SST se puede aportar a la planeación estratégica de la Universidad; para tal fin se seleccionaron los enfoques estratégicos de cultura de la excelencia académica, cohesión social y construcción de comunidad, así como los programas de Bienestar de la Comunidad y Gestión del Talento Humano, llevando a replantear la Política del SGSST y sus objetivos que guiaran el accionar del subproceso SST. Teniendo en cuenta lo descrito se seleccionaron las iniciativas de mayor impacto para los trabajadores y se plasmaron las actividades con sus respectivos responsables y tiempos de ejecución en el plan de acción, así mismo se establecieron los indicadores y la herramienta de seguimiento que permiten realizar verificación del cumplimiento del plan y en caso de requerirse llevar a cabo las acciones de mejora a que dé lugar.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe purpose of this project is to formulate the strategic alignment of the Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) sub-process of the UIS according to the Institutional Project and Institutional Development Plan, as well as the current needs of both regulations and the working community from the University as a result of the health emergency caused by Covid-19 in the region. The project began with the analysis of the external environment to identify opportunities and threats, and an internal analysis detecting weaknesses and strengths, based on this, the matrices Profile of opportunities and threats in the environment (POAM) and Profile of internal capacity (PCI) were elaborated and were consolidated in the SWOT matrix; Later, the strategic alignment was carried out, reviewing the IP and the IDP, and how from the Occupational Health and Safety (OSH) sub-process it can contribute to the strategic planning of the University; The strategic approaches of culture of academic excellence, social cohesion and community building were taken, the programs selected from these approaches were those of Community Well-being and Human Talent Management, leading to a rethinking of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS) Policy. and its objectives that will guide the actions of the Occupational Health and Safety (OSH) sub-process. Taking into account the above, the initiatives with the greatest impact on the workers were selected and the activities with their respective managers and execution times were reflected in the action plan, as well as the indicators and the monitoring tool that allow to verify the compliance with the plan and, if required, carry out the improvement actions that may result.
