dc.description.abstractEsta tesis estudia las compraventas de tierras urbanas y rurales en el municipio de Lebrija, durante los años de 1950 a 1970, dentro de un clima de extrema violencia bipartidista que estaba atravesando el país. En el caso del municipio de Lebrija, el número de compraventas rurales y urbanas no se vio afectado, porque su dinámica de precios siempre se mantuvo en aumento, donde se evidencia que durante la primera década las propiedades tuvieron costos estables, pero en la siguiente década, hubo un aumento paulatino de la cuantía de las propiedades. El trabajo se dividió en cinco capítulos, el primero de ellos aborda las generalidades del municipio donde, se hace un recuento de la ubicación geográfica, histórica, corregimientos y población. En el segundo capítulo se analizaron las transacciones de compraventas rurales por periodos de cuatro y cinco años, contextualizando los periodos presidenciales y hechos de violencia local. Para el tercero, se dividieron las compraventas rurales según el uso de suelo: en café, pastos, pancoger y sin cultivos, y se estudiaron los precios por periodos, la ubicación, extensión y hasta las construcción de viviendas que se encontraban referenciadas en la escritura notarial. Para el cuarto capítulo se analizó el movimiento de compraventas urbanas, teniendo en cuenta rango de precios, ubicación, extensión y materiales de construcción de las viviendas. Y en el último capítulo se identificaron los mayores compradores y vendedores, tanto en personas naturales como jurídicas.
dc.description.abstractenglishThis thesis studies the housing real estate purchases for buying and selling rural and urban lands in the Lebrija town, during the 1950- 1970, in a bipartisan climate of extreme violence that was living the country at that moment. In the case of Lebrija town, it was not affected because the number of trading transacted in both the rural and urban zone were always increasing, which shows that in the first decade both the urban and rural properties had stable prices, but in the next decade, there was a gradual increase in the properties price. The project was divided into five chapters, the first one deal with the generalities of the municipality where a geographical, historical location, districts and population summary was done. In the second chapter rural purchases were analyzed by periods of four and five years, contextualizing the presidential periods and facts of local violence facts. In the third chapter the rural purchases were divided according to the land use: coffee, pastures, pancoger and without crops, besides of that the prices were studied by periods, by location, by extension until the house building that were found with notarial reference. In chapter number four the movement in the urban purchases was analyzed taking into account the price range, location, and extent and houses supplies building materials. In the last chapter the largest buyers and sellers both natural and legal people were identified.
