dc.description.abstract	El presente trabajo es el resultado del acompañamiento jurídico realizado a los trabajadores del sector minero energético, durante el periodo de la práctica jurídica en el Centro de Atención Laboral CAL- Valledupar. Se estudia el marco normativo que regula la calificación del origen de enfermedad en Colombia y se elabora una caracterización de la población de trabajadores asistida por el CAL, para efectos de identificar las principales necesidades en materia jurídica de estos frente al proceso de calificación. Así mismo, se aporta el estudio de tres casos a través de los cuales se observan una serie de barreras y falencias durante el trámite de la calificación del origen de enfermedad. Finalmente, se propone una herramienta jurídica pedagógica con el objetivo de formar y orientar a los trabajadores en la temática.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The present work is the result of the legal accompaniment carried out to the workers of the energy mining sector, during the period of the legal practice in the Center of Labor Attention CAL-Valledupar. The normative framework that regulates the qualification of the diseases origins in Colombia was studied and characterized according to the population of workers assisted by the CAL, in order to identify the main legal needs of these before the qualification process. Finally, this study shows three cases where a series of barriers and shortcomings are observed during the process of qualifying the origin of the disease. As an outcome, this investigation offers a pedagogical legal tool with the aim of training and guiding workers on their legal subjects.
