| dc.description.abstract | Goma La propuesta está encaminada a la creación de una empresa que elaborará y comercializará productos elaborados en Fomi o Goma Eva como sandalias (producto principal), correas y bolsos (productos complementarios). Es importante tener en cuenta que una empresa de este tipo, generará un impacto social positivo para la ciudad, teniendo en cuenta el alto grado de desempleo y la falta de una empresa en el ramo del calzado y las variedades en Barrancabermeja. Los productos elaborados en Fomi, tienen buena aceptación por parte de la población femenina del Municipio de Barrancabermeja, como lo indican los resultados arrojados por la investigación de mercados. Las posibilidades técnicas del proyecto son buenas, gracias a que se cuenta con recursos técnicos como herramientas, máquinas, insumos y recurso humano especializado; administrativamente, se cuenta con buena estructura organizacional, previendo un buen funcionamiento gerencial y operativo, que ayudará al desarrollo de la empresa; financieramente, la empresa cuenta con buenos recursos crediticios, gastos y costos de producción normales, además la capacidad diseñada permitirá no saturar el mercado local. En la evaluación del proyecto, el flujo de caja arroja un VPN y una TIR que determinan la rentabilidad y viabilidad del proyecto, acompañado por las razones financieras que corroboran que el proyecto se debe llevar a cabo. En el proyecto, se emplearon conceptos integrales de mercadeo, administración, finanzas y producción, los cuales fueron tomados de la realidad económica y social del Municipio. Además el proyecto contribuye a la apertura de puertas comerciales y generación de empleo en el Municipio de Barrancabermeja. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The proposal is directed to the creation of a company that will elaborate and commercialize products elaborated in Fomi or Rubber Eva like sandals (main product), strap and purses (complementary products). It is important to consider that a company of this type, will generate positive a social impact for the city, considering the high degree of unemployment and the lack of a company in the branch of the footwear and the varieties in Barrancabermeja. The products elaborated in Fomi, have a good acceptance on the part of the feminine population of the Municipality of Barrancabermeja, as they indicate the results thrown by the investigation of markets. The technical possibilities of the project are good, thanks to that it is counted on technical resources like tools, machines, raw material and specialized human resource; administratively, it is counted on good organizational structure, anticipating a good managemental and operative operation, that it will help the development of the company; financially, the company counts on good credit resources, expenses and normal production costs, in addition the designed capacity will allow not to saturate the local market. In the evaluation of the project, the box flow throws a VPN and a TIR that determine the yield and viability of the project, accompanied for the financial reasons that they corroborate that the project is due to carry out. In the project, integral concepts of trade were used, administration, finances and production, which were taken from the economic and social reality of the Municipality. In addition the project contributes to the opening of commercial doors and generation of use in the Municipality of Barrancabermeja. | |
